Pros:

立地も部屋もスタッフさんの対応も全て良かったです。各フロアにウォーターディスペンサーが置いてあるのも良かったです！

Cons:

特にありませんが、ルームカードが使えなくなりました。フロントですぐに新しいカードが貰えたので問題なしです。

Fantastic hotel in a central location, ideal for solo travellers
Pros:

Fantastic location - right near all the happening places and shopping. Regret I didn't stay longer. Room was large and beautifully clean with a fantastic view of the harbour where the cruise ships docked and the accompanying fireworks. Staff was friendly, courteous and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was superb with a wide variety. Will definitely be my hotel of choice when I return to Georgetown which I definitely will.

Nothing - loved the hotel.

Tiptop hotel!
Pros:

Zeer hartelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie kamer op de 12e verdieping met zicht op zee. Voldoende opbergruimte. Frigo, koffie thee, water aanwezig op d3 kamer. Had je iets tekort, het werd direct in orde gebracht. Uitstekende service.
Uitstekende ligging, alles op wandelafstand en de bushalte vlakbij.

Cons:

Een minpuntje: deels vasttapijt in de kamer is niet zo hygiënisch en op het raam zaten er vingerafdrukken, maar dat is niets onoverkomelijk.

Pros:

The location is excellent, close to many recommended eateries, eg, Chowrasta market, Culia street, Macalister road, Burma road.

Cons:

On the second day, the air conditioner broke down, and water was running onto the floor just inside the door. My wife and I almost slipped because the floor was wet with water. We have stayed in Cititel Penang almost every year, and this is the worst experience we had.
