Very good location for staying slightly aloof from Bangkok's main bustle.
Pros:

Staff - everyone at the top of their game. Cheerful, helpful. Room - superb, high-up river view. Lift - always available and fast. Breakfast - excellent and admirably managed by the maitre d'e. Trainees - keen and well-supervised. Pool - a decent size. Hotel within 5 mins walk of Terminal 21 - this was a brilliant combination of restaurants and shops where we actually bought clothes and ate well. We visited each day we stayed in Bangkok for a week. Concierge was v. helpful especially Mr Rung who organised taxis and helped us to oriented us in this huge city.

Cons:

Perhaps some more roughage in the breakfast menu: better quality muesli, bran. Maybe some kefir ?

Great place to stay in George Town
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent… big spread lots of choices… hotel is very centrally located and can walk to almost all the places… lots of good restaurants and food courts nearby. Hotel is very clean room is nice and spacious. Everything was great. They have good restaurants too and everyone was very nice. We throughly enjoyed our stay here!

Nothing… all good 👍

My 2nd home at Malaysia
Pros:

Good location to enjoy calture and foods of Penang. Clean and comfortable. Staff are very polite and cooperative. Some staff can speak Japanese. I expect other hotels under Cititel Group.

Cons:

No negative points.

Pros:

観光地に徒歩で行ける場所にあり、日本人が会社の出張で泊まっているホテルと聞き安心して宿泊できました。

Cons:

ジムとプール付きのホテルを検索して決めたのですが、プールは午前7時からの午前中だけしか開いていないようです。
利用できずに残念でした。

Pros:

Bus stop very close to hotel -useful if using their public bus system as the road was on quite a few bus routes.
Staff very helpful especially the concierge.
8-10 min walk to 2 hawker stalls nearby

Cons:

Paint on shower floor coming off in lumps while showering. Initial room at front was noisy in early morning. Locals racing on motorcycles.
