Luxury stay in the heart of Milan
Pros:

This beautiful hotel was our home while in Milan - and what a luxurious stay! The room and amenities were stunning, the service was outstanding, and the breakfast buffet was incredible. We also spent some time in the onsite spa after a delightful massage, and it was gorgeous and serene. You can’t ask for a better location, so close to the famous Milan Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and the Duomo, just a few steps away. One of our best all-time stays.

Pros:

Milan has witness a re-birth of new 5 stars properties. The Park Hyatt under the tutelage of the new G.M. Mr.Marcos Romero, maintains a steady position for quality, standards and service, In addition, the superb location makes it my favorite.
Mr. Jack nat the concierge adds a touch of "flavor" to the property.

Solid Park Hyatt - top 3 Park Hyatt experience
Pros:

Every element of my visit exceeded my expectations. I’ve stayed at 11 different Park Hyatts worldwide. This was definitely among the top three. The check-in was super efficient and very, very pleasant. I didn’t encounter any of the gruff attitude. You sometimes get when checking into European hotels. The person at the front desk recognized my status with Hyatt and immediately proceeded to find me an upgrade. They handled my car with care and my luggage was in my room very efficiently.

The location of the hotel is great. But you have to know that you’ll be right next to a high traffic tourist area. This did not bother me at all as I had intended to show my family the tourist area. It’s not as bad as being next to Times Square in New York City, but expect there to be a lot of people.

The lobby restaurant is in a great setting, and the service and food are impeccable. The concierge was attentive and actually very friendly pointing us in the right direction for a restaurant, etc..

The room itself was very clean and well equipped. Nice mix of traditional and modern.

I don’t have any criticisms of the place. One tip is to make sure if you’re driving to the hotel to note that the entrance is not intuitive. The GPS puts you on the backside of the hotel. But that is not the hotel’s fault.
