Estancia Perfecta. Lo recomiendo.
Pros:

Todo en general era perfecto. Trato del personal, actividades, buffet, habitaciones, spa, piscinas … todo de 10. Repetiremos sin duda lo recomiendo.

Cons:

Por apuntar algo negativo diría el mal olor en ocasiones que tenía tanto la habitación como los pasillos. Creo que era debido al mar y el aire y era algo irremediable pero por el resto muy bien.

Great stay in a beautiful bay!
Pros:

My husband and I stayed here at the end of April and really enjoyed it. The room was clean and bright with a nice bay view. Food was great — dinners were different every day, which we appreciated. The hotel itself is not huge, but the grounds are tidy and green, and there were always free sun loungers. Coffee at the bar was actually really good, unlike the machine coffee. The bay is literally a few steps away — clear water and not much seaweed, especially compared to the wild coves nearby where I didn’t dare go in at all. We came in low season so it was quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what we needed. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing stay

Camera mirosea urât,de la instalația sanitară,chiuveta înfundată,în două zile am chemat instalatorul!
Camerista nu lasă apă în cameră,nu este hotel de 4 stele!!!😐

Extrêmement décevant.
Pros:

L’hôtel est relativement bien placé. À proximité d’une petite plage et d’un petit restaurant très sympa. A une vingtaine de minutes de marche, vous pouvez accéder à Malaguf où se trouve toutes les animations.
Le buffet est relativement varié.

Cons:

Nous avions demandés une chambre supérieur avec un lit double. Nous avons eu deux lits jumeaux, aucunement mentionné sur la réservation. Nous n’avons pas pu être changé de chambre malgré notre demande et une réservation effectuée bien à l’avance.
Nous avons également eu des équipements défectueux dans notre chambre. Sans parler des remontées d’égouts dans la salle de bain.
Les oreillers sont extrêmement durs.

Nous avons voulu louer un scooter (prestation proposée par l’hôtel) mais la personne ne travaillait pas ? Nous avons dû passer par un prestataire de Malaguf. Et pour se balader aux alentours, il est préférable d’avoir un moyen de locomotion.

Apparement, il y avait une connexion WIFI? Aucune informations, pas de mot de passe, rien.

Les animations de l’hôtel sont extrêmement bruyantes les soirs où vous souhaiteriez vous coucher tôt. Si vous ne souhaitez pas y participer, vous en profiterez quand même jusqu’à tard le soir.
Sans parler des autres clients de l’hôtel qui hurlent jusqu’à 3/4h du matin.
Les portes des chambres sont extrêmement bruyantes, ce qui n’aident pas. L’isolation des chambres, idem.

Les prestations proposées en demi pension ne valent absolument pas le prix de la réservation. À ce prix là, autant prendre un hôtel à proximité des commerces et des restaurants en pleine ville.

Aucune compensation ne nous a été proposée malgré tous les inconvénients rencontrés lors de notre séjour.

En bref, c’est un hôtel certainement parfait pour les clients en All inclusive qui n’en bougeraient pas et souhaiteraient faire la fête. Mais pas pour ceux qui souhaiteraient faire du tourisme et ne pas rester à l’hôtel nuit et jour.
