Pros:

Nagyon szep kilátású szobát kaptunk.
Kiválóak voltak az ételek.gyönyűrő volt
a tisztaság.a személyezet udvariasan hibátlanul végezte a munkáját.

Az ágy matraca egyszerűen vállalhatatlan még egy
utazasom során sem aludtam ilyen elhasznált matracon és nem csak az én hanem családtagom
véleménye szerint is alvásra alkalmatlan.az ember nem azért utazik hogy fáradtabban térjen haza

Una splendida vacanza, ci ritorneremo!
Pros:

Standard Barcelo’, struttura grande, accogliente con tutti i servizi.
Cucina internazionale sopra la media, staff pronto ad accogliere le nostre richieste (le mie figlie sono abbastanza selettive ed io ho severe allergie alimentari e ci siamo trovati molto bene).
2 piscine in due punti diversi della struttura più una piccola piscina con scivoli per i bambini piccoli.
Staff animazione internazionale ristretto ma simpatico (noi abbiamo sfruttato poco animazione ma per quello di cui ne abbiamo usufruito, vale a dire tornei mattutini per bambini e spettacoli serali, possiamo dire più che sufficiente).
Spiaggia proprio adiacente alla struttura, non uno dei punti mare migliori di Palma di Maiorca ma sicuramente comodo per chi vuole passare una settimana in serenità senza uscire dal villaggio e in 10 min si raggiunge la spiaggia di Palmanova con un mare decisamente più limpido.

Cons:

Struttura ubicata su più livelli, non praticissima nelle ore calde e nelle giornate di forte pioggia ma un piccolo dettaglio superabile.
Bagni ciechi in camera, non il massimo.

The location of the hotel is perfect, stuff is friendly but it was a lot of problems we had to deal like room and AI so

Friendly stuff, good location, nice views

Cons:

A lot of the stuff in the room was broken, but after two days they fixed this.All inclusive doesn’t work like all inclusive, you still need to pay for the drinks, you have only 4 option for the drinks you can have,we were very surprised about that not in a good way, if you want to have more drinks included you need to pay more for AI+ about 25 euro per person a day. They have show in the evenings and some shows are with the headphones but they never have enough for everyone so we were watching the show without the music, that’s was really upsetting. The room cleaning was also not the best actually.

Toilettenspülung hat nicht funktioniert. Hatten eine Nacht keine Toilette. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir erfahren, dass das schon ein bekanntes Problem in dem Zimmer war.

Un beau séjour pour des vacances reposantes
Pros:

Un très bel établissement. La vue et la localisation sont idéales. Les piscines sont grandes et l’accès à la plage très facile. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Les lits sont très confortables.
Pour ce qui concerne les repas, le petit déjeuner est excellent. La formule all inclusive est très satisfaisante (snacks et boissons à volonté) et enfin le personnel du restaurant est très aimable et serviable.

Cons:

Les buffets du déjeuner et du dîner sont un peu décevants et répétitifs pour des longs séjours comparés au petit déjeuner.
Il n’y a malheureusement que très peu de tables à l’extérieur ce qui est un peu dommage.
Enfin, le personnel de la réception n’est pas très efficace. Nous avons du nous y reprendre à quatre fois pour commander un taxi pour l’aéroport.
