Better than expected
Pros:

There was a mix up with the reservation but the manager spent a great deal of time and effort getting it right. She was extremely helpful, professional and friendly!

Nice, comfortable
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. A few items need addressed, maintenance. Located off a service riad, a bit hard to get too, construction. Front desk was professional.

Cons:

Noise of 2nd floor toilet flush came down wall in the room we stayed in. Shower fasset needs fixed. Bathroom a bit small

Hampton Inn Denton TX review.
Pros:

Dog Friendly and clean. Breakfast was very good. Hot food. Clean tables. Dog areas on both sides of the hotel. And the areas were picked u!

Cons:

The room needs a ceiling light. The room even with all the lamps was kinda dark.
The room set up mad it difficult to watch tv with the couch against the wall. We had to move it from the wall to in front of the tv.ha.

Needs cushier blankets on the bed. Comforters are a plus. Flat sheets for blankets, not so much.

No cushy enough bedding. Very cold and flat.

Pros:

It was close to UNT campus while visiting my daughter.

Cons:

My stay there has always been good, but this time, there was blood or something on the sheets making me wonder if they had been cleaned and the toilet seat was broken causing it to pinch my skin every time I sat down on it.

Comfy hotel that was flexible enough to accommodate our plans that changed due to winter storm.
Pros:

Good room - convenient to the freeway.

Cons:

breakfast stopped abruptly at 9am.
Lots of snow in the car park was pretty icy.

The most disrespectful staff we’ve ever been around and the food was disgusting
Pros:

I like the fact that they actually had hot water, but that’s about it.

Cons:

After we left the hotel, we had a $250 charge hit our card when we called the hotel to ask what happened they tried to say that we smoked in our room neither me or my husband is a smoker. The woman hung up on me. I proceeded to call back and she hung up on me again. When I asked to speak with a manager, she told me there wasn’t one and then repeated to hang up on me. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone nor will we ever be staying there again.

Good hotel in convenient spot.
Pros:

Good size room, easy to find and park. Good restaurants nearby.
Good digital room temperature control

Cons:

Very noisy pipes from rooms above run through my walls and woke me up "flushing".
No central light switch to turn all the separate lights off.
Breakfast finished at 9am prompt. Could have been a little later - 9:30?
