I do not like the bathroom doors. They were on rollers and leave a huge gap around the door. It felt awkward going to the bathroom/showering as a father with teenage daughters, and vise versa.
I had a great stay at this hotel with my family. The hotel is very beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
Near the fwy, close to many restaurants
Very clean, comfortable, and the staff was kind and helpful.
Only negative was that the front lights were bright and there was only a pull down shade so a lot of light still came through on the sides. I woke up in the middle of the night and wasn’t sure if it was morning or not bc of the light.
Very clean, great breakfast area, pool area clean and private
The check in person was very rude and did not want to y my room to 2nd floor where all my family was staying. The whole floor was vacant but stayed rooms were assigned. I asked her again to reassign my room to 2nd floor with my family. She then demanded a $50 security deposit even though the room was paid in advance then demanded an ID which was not asked of the two guests checking in ahead of me. I spoke with a supervisor who I apologized for her rude behaving explained that the had been told to reassign rooms when requested and available with no problem. Otherwise my rating would have been higher.

Soap, lotion could have been better
The personnel were great. Both shifts were very polite and helped us to the best of their ability.
The door to our room stuck, to the point that if you wanted to get in, you had to kick the door to get it open. We found trash on the floor in the corner of the bathroom, looked like a used tissue.
Breakfast was very good. Front desk staff and kitchen staff were very good. Room was clean and up to date. Grounds well kept.
The shower water valve was loose and came off.
