Disappointing!
Pros:

It looked nice.

Cons:

Our room had roaches. Even in the bed. We were there for about 5 mins and killed 4 roaches. We checked out and was refunded.

Great stop
Pros:

Savannah at check in was so sweet and accommodating. I wanted to stay talking to her!!!! We loved the pool, breakfast and being comfortable all night.

Loved our stay
Pros:

Property was very clean and inviting. Very close to venue. All staff were extra friendly and took the time to greet you anytime they saw you. We arrived in the wee hours of the morning and the front desk clerk was cheerfully awaiting us.

Cons:

Wish it was a little cheaper but to get that level of customer service and breakfast daily made it a great value.

We just needed a place to sleep and everyone was friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable, and excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Would have been hard to get to without GPS. Parking was strange also. The property is attached to a convention center, so you cannot go around the building. You make a U in the parking lot, end up back at the check-in door (main door), then must make a left into the street-drive a few feet-make a left into the driveway and start over until you find a spot.

Overall it was decent, I will never pay that price for a hard bed again, my back has been killing me since.

The bed was horrible, I hardly slept the bed was so hard, the kindest staff was a young man helping during breakfast

After we walked around to find where things were located out stay was okay.
Pros:

Rooms were fine.

Cons:

When signing in there were no directions on where your rooms were located; no information given as to closer entrance to room from outside, halls very long to walk down; no signage in hallway or room where pool, ice machine or vending machines were located; toilet not cleaned, there was black stuff under rim of toilet.
