Berlin Winter - moody, gritty, great escape - a tragic city that gave a lot to the world.
Pros:

Obviously, it is a Ritz, we were not disappointed. The location of the property was fantastic, easy to get to the Central Station or the Airport. Excellent restaurants near and around the property within walking distance. The room was fantastic. The facilities and amenities good and met the expectations. Breakfast good but we found it limited due to our dietary preference. You are sure to run into celebrities here.

Cons:

Once again, we found our room to be too cold for our liking. In spite of informing the team, they could not do anything above 25 degrees C. We found the manager at the breakfast counter to be overbearing and preachy.

Das war mein zweites Mal im Ritz Carlton in Berlin und ich muss sagen: sie haben sich mal wieder selbst übertroffen. Super leckeres Essen, mega liebes Personal, zuvorkommender Empfang und Anthony an der Tür ist ein wahrer Sonnenschein.

Pros:

I’ve stayed here several times and am always extremely satisfied, without question the best hotel in Berlin. Everything is consistently of a very high standard, but what really stands out is the absolutely outstanding staff. The only thing that could be improved is a bit more equipment in the gym (but that’s a minor detail). I truly hope to return again soon!
