五つ星の鑑
Pros:

午前中の到着だったので、チェックインまでの時間をどう過ごすか考えていましたが、すぐに対応してもらい部屋に入ることができました。全てのスタッフが、必ず自己紹介をして、笑顔で対応するという完璧な接遇に驚きました。特に外出から戻ってきた時に笑顔で迎えられると本当にうれしく感じます。レストランは朝食のみの利用でしたが、内容の豊富さ、食材の新鮮さ・質の高さ（特に果物）は見事だと思いました。Housekeepingも一日最低2回あり、いつも片付いている状態でした。シャンプー類なども、満タン、封がはられてる状態で、SDGsに対応しながらも、ゲストの満足感を引き出すように工夫されていると感じました。チェックアウト時にお願いしたメールでの書類送付も帰国したら届いていました。これぞ五つ星という余裕を感じた次第です。今回は2回目の滞在でしたが、次も選ぶと思います。

Cons:

バスルームの2つあるシンクのうち、一つが水の流れが悪く、滞りがちになっていました。（ただし、housekeepingにお願いしたらすぐに対応していただきました）シャワールームにあるシャンプー・リンス・ボディーソープが、狭い空間に押し込まれているので、やや使いにくかったです。

Excellent, will be back when visiting again in a few weeks
Pros:

Location A+,restaurants especially breakfast was fantastic. Rooms large, clean very comfortable , staff very friendly and all spoke excellent English as we were from Australia it was easy to talk to all with ease.

Cons:

All great, prefer more cocktails I would like, staff were unsure of a couple I asked for, but graciously help with other options. Wasn’t a negative though.
