Exttremely comfortable and spacious room; my stay was short but memorable.
Pros:

Top tier hotel, providing expected quality.
Great breakfast package; very well constructed and finished and great location as well.

Cons:

A few finishing issues around some of the drawers - I'd expect 'flawlessness' from such a facility.
The staff that received initially was a bit 'off' but it worked out eventually.
The porters were extremely professional and helpfu.

leider wird das Ritz seinem eigenen Anspruch nicht gerecht.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Zimmer nicht dem hauseigenen Anspruch entsprechend. Spuren von Kot im Bad im Toilettenbereich auf dem Boden, Bad nicht gesaugt und gewischt. Toilettensitz kaputt und wackelig.
