Die Lage und Einrichtung

Uns wurde beim Check-In zusätzlich zum Zimmerpreis pro Nacht/Person € 100.- abgebucht! Das für Leistungen die wir beziehen würden. Ich glaube dort ist der Irrsinn ausgebrochen. Der ganze Betrag wurde meiner Debitkarte belastet, da ich nicht mit einer KK buchte. Bin gespannt ob die Rückvergütung klappt. Für mich ist dieses Hotel erledigt! Im Weiteren wurden unsere Koffer bei der Fluggesellschaft verloren und kamen erst 2 Tage später an. Hilfe vom Hotel? Nein und das bei einem 5* Hotel.

Posizione ottima, colazione eccellente, ma soprattutto personale gentile e accogliente. All’arrivo, nonostante un disguido con la prenotazione, hanno risolto brillantemente, immediatamente e in maniera ottimale. Menzione speciale per il manager Tommy.

The best location to start exploring Berlin
Pros:

Very nice room , excellent wellness and perfect location for great walks into Berlin.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit chaotic: we would have loved some explanation (i think they forgot) so we were cluelessly trying to get hot beverages and egg-dishes. In the end it worked out well.
