Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Jacksonville Beach

The customer service was amazing. The morning staff was helpful and courteous, and always had a smile on their face. The room was awesome clean well kept. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend more people to this establishment.

Everything closes quite early for a beach town but overall, it was pretty good.

The staff were very nice! The woman in the breakfast area was kind & friendly. The hotel was very clean and a GREAT location!

Nice easy stay for a wedding. Room was fairly hot and took almost our entire stay to cool down. Woke up with no running water (shower, sink, toilet), so left immediately.

Birthday Celebration disaster: After arriving at my room on the third floor. We were told to get the elevators to open, we would have to call the front desk, so we asked to be moved to the first floor. Once we got settled in and unpacked and were resting in our beds, the A/C went out. Went to get assistance, he couldn't fixed a/c, so we were promised a late(2:00p.m.) check out due to several issues. When we went to the front desk the next morning around 11 a.m., the clerk was very loud and rude and stated we needed to get out now, that the clerk the night before didn't request a late check out for us, and they were booked to capacity, so we couldn't check out late. When asked for a manager, she gave us the manager's email and stated that they don't have one on site; she will email him at the end of her shift.

Food was very poor , eggs cold look and taste fake Fridge too small , pull out bed need new mattress, no conditioner in bathroom, , the AC sounds like a race car and shuts off during the night so woke up several time to turn on . NOT BEACH FRONT as advertised.

Great location one block from beach. Lots of restaurant options around. Room was updated, comfortable and clean. Only negative is that the pool is very small and located within the parking area without any ambiance.

My first room the air did not work but employee was quick to get me in another room suitable. The continental breakfast was not very good.

The rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly and it is walkable to the beach.

Food left alot to be desired ,and communication wuth house keeper was impossible, we travel with canines so we dont let housekeeper in room and needed towels and toilet paper and rhe language barrier was difficult so we had to go to lobby for the 3 days we were there.The checkout was ok except that i opred for an email reciept and when i did not recieve it i phoned and the woman who answered the phone informed me that because i booked through expedia that they would send my invoice ,,,had i known that i informed her i would have opted for paper copy and at that point was informed that it would bot be an accurate invoice anyway !!! I travel extensively and often and have NEVER been tild tthis before ..

Elevator not working when we checked in had to tote all of our luggage upstairs when my sister had an injured ankle. Tub coating was coming off the tub. The room was never serviced the entire 3 day stay except when I asked them to empty trash when it was overflowing. My bathing suit was missing and I called to ask what happened, conveniently housekeeping came to my room and knew exactly where it was stuffed behind the toliet tank and wall. She went staight to where it was without looking around for it at all. Housekeeping supervisor was rude. Would never stay here again. I’d pay extra to stay somewhere with better service and higher quality room and staff.

Continental breakfast was horrible. Room had a odor, sink was stopped up. Bathroom tub could of been cleaned better.

My room had a leak at the bathroom sink. They thought they had fixed it, but they needed to deeper repairs. We had to move rooms. I was not pleased with the room. It was an handicap assessable room. The room was smaller. We went from having six drawers to four drawers. I did not like how the bathroom was laid out. For a handicap room the sink and the bathtub were to high and the toilet was a standard toilet. The sink was to close to the tub I was afraid my grandsons would hit their heads on the counter. The staff was wonderful and pleasant to work with.

All I can say is you need exhaust fans in the bathrooms

Hotel provided what we needed. They served french toast sticks every day with different types of eggs. One of the few hotels that had a suite with bedroom door. They clean room every 3 days unless you request different.
