Categories

Cleanliness
9.6
Consistently praised across many reviews (called 'very clean', 'immaculately clean' and 'one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed'). A few mentions of minor wear in rooms, but overall excellent cleanliness.
Service
8.8
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and professional, with convenient check-in/out. Balanced by one report of an uncomfortable interaction with a night desk clerk that negatively impacted that guest's stay.
Location
9.2
Multiple mentions of convenient location, close to restaurants and easy access for continuing travel; many guests specifically cite location as a reason to return.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms noted as large, quiet and comfortable with very good beds by many guests. Some negatives include worn rooms, a few soft beds and at least one report of noisy air conditioning.
Amenities
9.2
Breakfast facilities, free coffee at reception and general on-site amenities received strong praise; A/C works well for most though a few guests reported noise.
Value for Money
7.3
Several guests explicitly complained about price (one called it 'way too expensive' and another cited nearly $300). Value perception is the weakest area compared with other categories.
Food and Beverage
9.6
Breakfast repeatedly described as excellent, hot, fresh and the 'best' by multiple reviewers. Only a very small number of guests mentioned subpar breakfast.
Overall Experience
8.9
Majority of reviews report a great, comfortable stay and willingness to return; overall positive atmosphere and high cleanliness, tempered by occasional noise, price complaints or isolated staff incidents.
