Pros:

The hotel was very clean, and although the single room was small, it had everything required including a separate bathroom, a safe, a tv, and tea and coffee making facilities. There was also a free continental breakfast.

Cons:

The room had a wall right outside the window so didn't get much natural light, and there didn't seem to be much hot water.

Emplacement calme et chambre propre et grande malgré que l’on était au dernier étage mansardée

Cons:

A notre arrivée booking a mal noté mon nom la personne de l’accueil nous a pris de haut quand on lui a donné le numéro de la réservation elle a été accueillante

Etablissement pas du tout arrangeant. En arrivant à l'accueil, la réceptionniste m'a informée que je m'étais trompée de date et que tout était complet. J'ai dû réserver en urgence un autre hôtel, et j'ai donc demandé le remboursement. La nuit étant en principe non remboursable, la réceptionniste m'a demandé d'envoyer un mail. J'ai expliqué la situation, souligné que l'établissement aurait une semaine pour relouer la chambre, mais la direction a été inflexible et a refusé de me rembourser. Je ne choisirais plus cet hôtel si je dois revenir à Londres.

Great location, clean but poor staff!
Pros:

Location very center close to 2 tube station. Hotel use clean and secure.

Cons:

Receptions did not told me bout the free breakfast so I have no change to use this benefit and I find this is very poor not to inform the clients. I noticed once I checked out but they did not even care to make something up.🥹

Sehr nettes freundliches Personal. Die Lage war gut

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten. Wenig Angebot. Das Hotel wat schpn sehr alt und das erreichen der Zimmer z.B. im 3. Stock abenteuerlich verwinkelt und mit Koffer beschwerlich. Kein Aufzug. Alt halt

5 Tage London im Frühsommer
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man per Bus, Bahn oder wenn man mag zu Fuß erreichen, ebenso sind einige Musicaltheater in Laufnähe (Wicked/Hamilton). Victoria Station ist in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar und Pimlico in ca. 5, Bushaltestellen sind direkt vor der Haustür. Zimmer war sehr sauber, auf Wunsch wird täglich gereinigt und Handtücher getauscht, das gesamte Personal war mege freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts, was mir total negativ aufgefallen wäre. Die Zimmer sind halt sehr klein und man muss sich arrangieren, aber das ist normal für London und man kennt es, entsprechend stellt man sich darauf ein.
