Perfect, just book it!
Pros:

Perfect location
perfect cleaning
very friendly staff
I did a lot of research before booking a hotel and I would definitely book this hotel again. We did everything by foot buckingham palace, london eye, big ben etc.

The hotel is very clean, we had a simple room but it had all we need.

Cons:

We liked everything! The breakfast was offered for free, but we didn’t make use of it as it wasn’t really our taste.

Clean and convenient accommodation.
Pros:

We stayed 3 nights. The room was on the ground floor and cosy, (tight ;) )
We had a window to open and the location was perfect for exploring, close to Pimlico and Victoria stations.
Our room was clean, the breakfast was convenient and the staff friendly.
For convenience and price, I would stay here again. Especially as we could leave our luggage after check-out, and collect it later for our late flight.
An added bonus is that it was walking distance to Victoria coach station - for the coach to Heathrow.

Cons:

It was sufficient for our stay.

Struttura accogliente e ottima posizione
Pros:

Posizione molto comoda per stazione Victoria e per il centro in generale

Cons:

Camera singola molto molto piccola, si riesce a malapena a muoversi.

Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi. Otel Victoria tren istasyonuna yakın, önünden otobüs geçiyor,heryere ulaşım kolaydı. Kaldığımız oda bodrum katta olmakla beraber oldukça temizdi ve oda olanakları iyiydi. Londrayı gezmek için ideal konumda güvenli sakin bir lokasyonda

Please have body wash in the shower for your guests.
Pros:

Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was OK. I would have liked bacon and yoghurt on the buffet, too, but it was OK with eggs, beans and toast. There was also cereal and milk. It would have been nice to also have oat milk.

Lage war top, London hat überall gute Restaurants und Cafés aber gefühlt waren die besten fußläufig vom Hotel.

The location was brilliant; London has great restaurants and cafés everywhere, but it felt as though the best ones were within walking distance of the hotel.

purtroppo ho prenotato per due e mi sono trovata una Camera con un letto piccolo, noi eravamo due adulti il letto era di una piazza e mezza, era veramente piccolo,non è stato possibile cambiare la camera se non pagando una sovrattassa.mi spiace xchè in questo albergo non è la prima volta che alloggio, e questa volta non sono stata soddisfatta.

Un excellent séjour
Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très aimable et très serviable. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier vivant mais qui reste calme. Les transports sont plutôt proches et facilement accessibles. On peut se rendre rapidement dans les quartiers centraux de Londres à pieds.

Cons:

La petite salle de douche dans laquelle il n'est pas très facile de se déplacer et de ranger ses affaires de toilette.
