Mostly enjoyed just needs better cleaning and modernising

Cons:

Need more attention to detail cleaning the room felt like it may have had a quick dust off with new towels and new sheets, then no other cleaning, floor was dirty, basin was dirty, inside kitchen cabinets was dirty wasnt comfortable using utensils
Alot of old broken cupboards , holes in the couches and rattling doors on the balcony mostly from outdated and age.

Not sure its was worth the price paid for considering there is more competitive modern cleaner rooms and being an accor branded apartment i did expect better

Fan was noisy/faulty, AC was noisy/faulty, rooms weren’t particularly clean or tidy, blinds barely worked, very noisy apartment even with all doors closed.

Overall a positive experience, great staff and location. Only nit-pick would be cleanliness
Pros:

Very friendly staff, excellent location and views. Good amenities. Bed and furniture was nice and comfortable. Main living area was nicely laid out and equipped. Kitchen and bathroom were a little dated but everything worked and was very much usable. Layout of the living space was excellent, whether sat at the dining table or the couches we had excellent views of the beachfront. Was very pleasant to sit out and enjoy a coffee in the mornings.

Cons:

Could have been a bit cleaner. Some items in the kitchen felt slightly grimy despite looking clean. Bedroom fan was a bit dusty.
Only major gripe was there was quite a bit of mould in the bathroom, particularly in and around the shower. We meant to raise this with staff before leaving but ended up leaving a bit earlier than planned so reception wasn't open yet

Very comfortable stay with lovely sea views and fantastic, obliging staff (especially Lisa!)
Pros:

Beautiful view from Room 2404 on Level 24, balcony looked straight out to the ocean. Only 4 apartments per floor, apartment complex very quiet. Lovely cross breezes from the hinterland balconies to the sea view balconies with all doors open.

Cons:

Construction of a new tall apartment complex across the road generated noise which ran from 6am until 6.30pm. Sometimes it was so loud we needed to close the balcony door.

The place could be great with a little more care taken to maintain the rooms.
Pros:

The pools were excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The shower was good. The kitchen was well appointed. The location which is close to the beach but away from noise.

Cons:

The room needs a deep clean as it was clearly dirty. Furniture needed cleaning, the mat is full of stains, the perimeters of the floors were filthy. There were a number of items in the room that were damaged and needed repairing. The air conditioning was very noisy and couldn't be used at night.

Family stay in 2 bedroom apartment with ocean view middle floor.
Pros:

The location was excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The apartment was spacious and offered beautiful views, which made our stay very enjoyable. The interior also had lovely touches, such as pictures and decorations, making the apartment feel warm and welcoming. The hotel grounds were tidy, clean, and very well maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout. The swimming pool was nice and clean. A special mention to the staff – they were outstanding, friendly, and always ready to help. The manager, in particular, did his best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Cons:

There were a few aspects of the stay that could be improved. The room wasn’t very clean, with noticeable dust on the bedhead and around and behind the bedside tables. The bathroom fans were also quite dusty. The apartment itself felt a bit old; however, it had been freshly painted, and the furniture was outdated.
On a positive note, the staff responded quickly and kindly after we mentioned these issues — they cleaned the dust and fans straight away. They also offered us another apartment, but we decided to stay as this one had the best view of all the options.

Good value, great location, comfy beds, but property is a bit tired and could do with a deep clean.

Cons:

Not well cleaned - popcorn on lounge floor, dental floss on ensuite floor, dust inside bedside cubes, dust in carpet floor corners, food? on back of couch, stains inside mugs, spills around bin cupboard, grime on bathroom floor/corners. Old TV - no Netflix.

Great accommodation!
Pros:

the location is great 👍 close to the beach, train and bus stations, heaps of restaurants and cafe options. The view from our room was amazing.

Cons:

We had a late check-in and they gave us a clear instructions for late check-in but unfortunately, we still had hard time to enter the building because their intercom system was not working.

Great relaxing stay.

Great value for money. The facilities, location and sea views excellent

Construction work nearby on the right side. But management were very helpful about moving us higher to avoid the noise from the new building.

Cons:

One day my door card went missing from my bedside drawer and turned up there again the next day. I checked that drawer 4 times and nothing was taken in the unit so it was very strange!
