Location and facilities are great!
The apartment was dirty and the portable air con was broken and the oven didn’t work.
Great pool and spa and tennis court and good gym
One day my door card went missing from my bedside drawer and turned up there again the next day. I checked that drawer 4 times and nothing was taken in the unit so it was very strange!
Easy access to the main town close to transport, the views in the appointment was just the best and the was clean .
There’s nothing that I didn’t like about the property
Spacious apartment, with beautiful views and perfect location. Apartment facilities were all lovely and all staff were friendly and helpful! The manager Kevin especially, was so warm and welcoming which made the experience even better. I felt safe and comfortable and really enjoyed my stay
No wifi. As an accor member you can get free wifi but I hadn’t realised it is limited to a certain amount per day which I used pretty fast. In saying that though, I ended up paying $40 for an e-sim with data and it was more than enough to use on both the TV via hotspot and on my other devices for the entire week so it’s really a minor issue in the grand scheme that can easily be worked around!

We had a four night stay and had to move on the second day to another apartment due to initial apartment booked being unavailable. It was inconvenient and now communication by staff relating to a time that new apartment would be available. Both apartment were very unclean and required a great deal of maintenance.
Spacious apartment with sea views. Comfortable bed. All amenities for a comfortable stay.
Friendly reception staff. Easy check in. Just a few minutes walk into the heart of Surfers and nearest tram stop, easy access from airport.
Some construction next door created some noise disturbance, especially if sitting on balcony.
Rooms huge with a great view from level 10. Kitchen, lounge and dining area great. Two bathrooms!!

Local council rubbish bin collection EXTREMELY loud at 0530-0630am. On two mornings of our 3 night stay. Not an easy matter to manage, but surely the tourist accommodation strip could have garbage collection scheduled later in the day?

Some maintenance issues with unit
The view was absolute breathtaking, we were on the 19th floor
The shower screen had been broken before we arrived. When having a shower water would pool on the bathroom floor making us have to mop it up every time we had a shower. Broken glass was still in the shower and behind the soap dispenser bottles. There was no towel rails in the bathroom, the towel rail was in the bathroom cupboard in pieces. There was no dustpan and broom to clean up sand on the floor which were on our shoes after we came from the beach.
Overall for the price we paid, we should have been afforded some sort of a discount as the unit facilities were not up to our expectations. Upon check in, we were told by the reception desk that the unit had been recently renovated and that is was a highly sort after unit. I think we were told this to soften the blow of no shower screen.
