Pros:

Great location, great service and great view 👍

Cons:

Local council rubbish bin collection EXTREMELY loud at 0530-0630am. On two mornings of our 3 night stay. Not an easy matter to manage, but surely the tourist accommodation strip could have garbage collection scheduled later in the day?

View was perfect, location to Surfers & the beach was perfect, condition of the unit was poor

The view was absolute breathtaking, we were on the 19th floor

Cons:

The shower screen had been broken before we arrived. When having a shower water would pool on the bathroom floor making us have to mop it up every time we had a shower. Broken glass was still in the shower and behind the soap dispenser bottles. There was no towel rails in the bathroom, the towel rail was in the bathroom cupboard in pieces. There was no dustpan and broom to clean up sand on the floor which were on our shoes after we came from the beach.
Overall for the price we paid, we should have been afforded some sort of a discount as the unit facilities were not up to our expectations. Upon check in, we were told by the reception desk that the unit had been recently renovated and that is was a highly sort after unit. I think we were told this to soften the blow of no shower screen.

スタッフが親切でした。プールやスパ、サウナを楽しめました。ビーチにも数歩だし、買い物にも便利なロケーションです。トラム駅も近く、どこに行くにも楽でした。

Cons:

清掃が正直最悪。部屋のあちこちから、前の人が残したおぞましいものが出てきました。ゴミ箱はベトベト。床にはゴミや埃が残ったまま。バスルームのドアは汚れていて、かなり気持ち悪いです。残念。

It was very noisy given construction happening across the road, 5am to 5pm for 5 days. Not the fault of the property but would be ideal if this was flagged ahead of booking.

Cons:

The rooms are really dirty and the furniture really old. The cutlery drawer was filled with crumps and the cutlery was still dirty from beforehand usage. The washing mashine is also dirty and smells bad. I stayed there 6 years ago and was happy back then but in the last years it has poorly developed. They also still hold the bond on my credit card after check out although I contacted them several times - just bad! :(

Overpriced and outdated
Pros:

2 minute walk to the beach

Cons:

I get that Booking.com photos usually show the best rooms, but the one I was given was disappointing for the price. It was outdated, not clean, and had no view at all, which made the stay feel overpriced.
