Would not recommend
Cons:

The room was dirty, there were stains on the walls.
No ventilation in the bathroom made it impossible to breathe with the heat - you had to keep the door closed so it didn’t set off the fire alarm. The staff didn’t seem too bothered when I told them about the room and happily accepted my key when I said I wouldn’t be staying.

Friendly staff. Just needed a reasonably priced shower & bed for the night at short notice in this general location. Absolutely fulfilled the brief.

Cons:

Decor in rom looking a little tired. Hasn't changed in years.
Hotel accessed on foot through industrial estate with parked cars blocking pavement.

I would have expected more for the price.
Pros:

Reception and bar area was clean and welcoming.
The receptionist was very friendly.

Cons:

Bedroom was run down and didn’t feel clean. For the price paid £65 for the night I would have expected better, it was more like a £45 per night hotel.

Ideal location for my onward journey… well stay again
Pros:

The staff here were wonderful; very friendly and helpful and the facilities on offer were first class. Cooked to order breakfast was ideal with the best coffee!
