Not a good stay, the only good thing was the breakfast which was very tasty. I wouldnt stay again.
Pros:

The wifi signal was good and the bed was quiet comfortable.

Cons:

The room was very unclean, there where loads of dead flies on the desk and there where squashed ones on the curtains. The shower head looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a long time. The curtian on the window was broken and hanging down.

It was just bearable
Pros:

There was nothing to like about the property but the reception area was up to date and clean

Cons:

It was very run down and poorly maintained and dull tv but no where to plug it into curtains wrapped and badly stained carpets

Pros:

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly

Cons:

I got a parking ticket. I gave my registration to reception and assumed this was to allow parking. I was never told that I needed to pay extra or do anything else. Giving your reg is standard practice at Travelodge etc for these purposes. I have tried to contact the hotel since unsuccessfully. No one answered the phone or replied to my messages. It cost me and extra £95 thereby changing thos from a good budget experience into an extremely expensive one.
The environment was very noisy at night and a fire alarm went off at 1.30am. Reception staff were not aware that had happened which is worrying!

Brilliant staff, tired accommodation.
Pros:

The staff made this hotel a good stay. The hotel was in need of updating but was clean. You got what you paid for. I was surprised it was on the middle of industrial estate but we needed it for convenience factor. Breakfast was good, and had choices as well. Both the first day staff and departure day staff excelled with their help and friendly attitude.

Cons:

Loud gym near by. No mirror near hair dryer lol.

Always a pleasant, comfortable stay, Good value.
Pros:

I always like staying here when making the long drive to family in south of England. Convenient, comfortable, clean. Cafe on site is good too.

Cons:

Disabled parking spots right outside my room were taken by non disabled drivers! Makes taking luggage from car to room a bit more of a hassle as have yo walk further when one is disabled and cannot lift/carry things easily when using a walker!!
