Pros:

The location! I went to a concert at the Paycom Center i loved how closed the hotel was.

Cons:

The elevator buttons were so dirty but its understandable considering how many people were there.

It was so disappointing. PLEASE reference of attached photo taken August 5, 2026 from my hotel
Pros:

I was not informed beforehand about paid off sight parking and HUGE development project across the street. My room was on the same side of the street as the construction.

Cons:

That my room and stay was not comped or given a complementary stay. I paid good money for what was supposed to be a classy hotel. The class was buried under a paid parking garage and a noisy construction site that made sleep impossible.

A beautiful hotel in a prime downtown OKC location
Pros:

Super location! Great price! Bed was really comfortable and towels were soft and fluffy.
Staff was wonderful at check in. We were asked if we would be willing to switch rooms and we did - received complimentary parking for both of our cars for switching. Yay!

Cons:

Can’t think of anything.

I will never stay at this hotel again
Pros:

Nothing at all

Cons:

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, and unfortunately, my room was cleaned only once during my entire stay. Even on that occasion, the bed was not changed or properly made.
Moreover, the hotel was generally very dirty and poorly maintained. The overall level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable and far below what I expected from a hotel.

This experience was extremely disappointing and negatively affected my stay

Very clean. Very friendly staff. Breakfast great.

Balcony faced the west sun and the temp was over 100. Pool was closed early.

I enjoying staying at this hotel but I guess it was just bad luck on the room this time.
Pros:

It very clean and good location.

Cons:

The air conditioner didn’t work so we had to move rooms then our tv didn’t work and we had to have that fixed we wasted 2 hours between switching rooms and getting the tv fixed of our time.

The service was amazing and for me a great experience
