It was right next to the Paycom.
Our room faced the train tracks and highway. Highway noise was a bit loud, but really that's not much of a complaint.
Very bad experience
Reservations was for Thursday, we didn’t arrive to the hotel until Friday 4 am. I asked if we do a late check out, but denied my request.
I went ahead and wanted to shower and the water never got hot. So I shower with cold water
Makayla, our lovely valet, was PHENOMENAL. She was all alone on an evening of a concert- and somehow had a system going that was wonderful. She even remembered our vehicle the next day without us having to tell her. Someone give her a raise! The closeness to Paycom was also nice.
Our shower/tub in #826 was clogged, so super late at night after the concert was over- taking a nice hot shower in about 5” of standing water was……. disgusting to say the least.
Spacious and comfortable room.
The cleaners definitely missed a lot of details like wiping down the dusty sticky ice bucket and remote that was covered in grime.
The location was perfect.
Loved the proximity to the Paycom center. I exited the venue and the hotel was right there!
I did briefly get locked out on the balcony because the door malfunctioned. I made the front desk aware to have maintenance review! Otherwise it was perfect.
Incredible location for Thunder game. Short walk out the back door to the stadium. Valet parking was great.
Very loud exterior noise. Revving engines and the train is very near. Woke up many times in the night as a result. Only two elevators with 8 or 9 floors makes it very busy after events.
The fact its right next to the paycom center is perfect.
At breakfast, it was hard to find any of the staff
