Pros:

Our stay was fine. We were only there to sleep before my husband's medical procedure in the morning. Hotel was close to the hospital.

It was ok.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Good location

Cons:

It wasn’t the cleanest. The bathroom had sticky substance on the floor and the light switch and electric outlets were dirty. Bathroom floor wasn’t the cleanest and there was no conditioner in the shower.

My stay was short and sweet.
Pros:

The room was clean as was the elevator and hallway.

Cons:

Our door to our room, room 106, was not shut tightly when I arrived. It needed to be pulled shut.

Pros:

Good location. Free parking. Breakfast was fair.

Cons:

The staff flat-out lied to us regarding multiple situations. Upon check-in we overheard a lady who was stating she had no hot water in her room. So I asked do we have hot water in our room? I was told yes. We soon found out it was a hotel wide issue. Thankfully it was repaired within 4 to 5 hours.
2nd issue was the noise above our room which continued till about 2am. I was told by front desk that no one was staying above us , even though we could hear non stop noise and what seemed to be furniture moving. After a sleepless and shower less night I went to the 2nd floor to see what was going on. That's when I noticed approximately 12 kids , ranging from 1 to 16 leaving the room directly above us.
Honesty would have been appreciated by staff, at minimum I believe the staff should have notified the room about disturbing others.
We were able to switch rooms on day 2 and had a great sleep that night.

We unfortunately weren't able to actually get into the pool due to it being severely overcrowded, and people simply acting like animals.

I believe this hotel is being used for some sort of free government housing.

Was a fun town. But wouldn’t come back to this hotel.
Pros:

The bed was very comfy and the staff was polite when found.

Cons:

The hot tub had a bad chlorine smell. The one pillow was stained and so wasn’t the bottom of the bed. Very empty. Staff was almost hiding and even said “I didn’t even realize anyone was here”.

To much noice.
Cleaning people didn't care how much they slammed the doors. Kids running up and down the hallways.
People above and to the left very noisy.
I get it. Its a hotel. But this was noisier than usual.

Pros:

I like the location tucked away but yet close to everything. I like that I could park right outside my room. My room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was amazing. It was easy to doordash to that location.

Cons:

My room was under the staircase so thank goodness I was exhausted and slept through all the noise.

Overall horrible stay do not recommend staff not helpful and the manager will not contact you.

I didn’t like the noise after signing a no party waiver it was clearly parties going on in the hotel and I didn’t like how dirty the rooms was. The first room was the dirtiest.
