Απροβληματιστη τηλεφωνικη επικοινωνια πριν την αφιξη για επιβεβαιωση της κρατησης
Καθαριοτητα και παροχες δωματιου οπως επρεπε

Cons:

Αν πρεπει να αναφερω κατι , θα ηταν η λιγο φθαρμενη πορτα της τουαλετας. Ομως δεν ειναι κατι ουσιαστικο αλλά μονο αισθητικο θεμα

Nice overall but had very negative treatment by one front desk member.
Pros:

Room was nice and front desk staff was overall friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a large selection and was very good quality.

Cons:

One front desk person was very rude, ignored me while I was standing in line, did not arrange for a taxi to pick us up for ride to airport and the hotel did not provide a wake/up call as requested from him. One person caused my rating to drop by several points. It was not just being rude but the combination of his treatment and failure to do basic things, seemingly on purpose.

Un bon séjour dans un hotel agréable situé dans quartier agréable
Pros:

Bonne situation proximité de restaurants et et plusieurs cafés à tester! ainsi que les commerces. Et surtout à 15 mn de marche de Plaça de catalunya et le début de la rambla. La chambre était propre avec une salle de bains spacieuse. On avait une belle vue à l'arrière de l'hôtel sur la ville.

Cons:

Voyageant avec mes filles adultes j'avais demandé une chambre 3 lits simples. On m'a accordé cette demande sauf que c'était 2 vrais lits simples et un lit d'appoint moins confortable que les deux autres.

Pros:

Reception area and bar were great
Bed was comfortable
Great location for eating out and exploring a near to a metro station (hospital clinic)

Cons:

The air conditioning unit in the room was very loud and had switch it off the the room was too hot.
The bathroom was a little old and tired. Wooden surface peeling and shower curtain (water went everywhere)
Breakfast was limited and pancakes were cold.

Pros:

Boa localização. Funcionários muito atenciosos e gentis. Supermercado, bares e restaurantes próximos.

Cons:

Preço relativamente alto para o que oferece em termos de infraestrutura.
