Steer Clear
Pros:

We were in Hilton Head to attend a wedding. The block of rooms were all on the same floor and in close proximity to each other. However, our room had a leaking toilet. The maintenance guy came up and checked it, and said they would call a plumber on Monday. In the meantime, we could just use towels to mop it up as needed. The front desk was VERY nice and helpful, but unfortunately, every room was booked, so we were stuck for the night. We were promised to be comped for the room and moved the next day. We did get a different room on Saturday (thank goodness). However when we checked out, the room had not been comped. Manager called Monday to say that instead of comping the room, they offered a free breakfast. Funny, we were never told that. I would definitely steer clear of this hotel. Parking is awful too.

Nice hotel with helpful staff and good restaurant, but not enough parking.
Pros:

Well kept, and modern. Nice breakfast with choices. Restaurant on site for dinner

Cons:

Parking. I was in the area to paint and it was a pain to drag my supplies so far to park. There is a golf cart pick up. It was only available once at the time I was parking over a week long stay.

Must Go!
Pros:

We pulled into the hotel ready to enjoy our few days together away from the family. As we entered the hotel doors I was greeted by the warmest smile and heartfelt welcome we have ever experienced. Nicki was absolutely amazing. The check in process went effortlessly and Nicki was so helpful with ideas and places to eat and site see. We had a beautiful suite with a fireplace. The bed was amazing. We ate at the restaurant on site. The bartender was very kind and gave great service. We were sad to go but wiĺl definitely be back soon. Nicki and the other staff made our trip worth it.

Pros:

The food in the restaurant at the hotel was awesome. We ate there every day. The hotel staff was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Angela was an angel getting us checked in & taking care of any questions we had. She was amazing! Very professional & courteous. We booked the fireplace & balcony room. It was lovely. Absolutely LOVED the Lavazza espresso machine in our room! And even the lovely Lavazza espresso & Lungo cups! Very very special. Only disappointment was we thought the fireplace was gas, or something that looked like a real fire. It was basically a unit blowing heat with artificial lighting. (Whereas the one in the lobby, even though artificial, had the appearance of logs & flickering flames.) Chances are we just weren’t aware of how to push the right buttons lol! But our stay couldn’t have been better & we would recommend this location to anyone!
