Pros:

nothing they did not have our reservation

Cons:

when we arrived late at night the hotel did not have our pre-paid reservation and were sold out. we struggled for 3 hours to find a room elsewhere spent twice as much and got no sleep. ruined a day of our vacation you guys are a horrible scam.
