Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Environmental fee of $80 MXN, per room, per night will be requested by the property at the check in.
Please note guests will not be refunded for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out. Cancelations or changes made after check-in are subject to a penalty of 100% of the room rate.
Mandatory supplement will be charged at check in for New Year's Eve dinner. All reservations during December 31st, $100.00 USD per adult and for children under 6-12 years old $50.00 USD, all reservations in All-Inclusive Plan.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Very Nice staff! We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and we enjoyed it!
We missed see food
That it is small not over crowded
The lobby has enough perfume to kill you. I guess they haven’t heard of fragrance free, I couldn’t breath and gives me a severe headache. Not sure what you are trying to hide using such amount……. Food choices very limited, 1 sit down dining room and then the buffet.

Excelente todo, instalaciones, habitación, el personal, las comidas y el bar, lo recomiendo, lugar muy tranquilo para descansar y disfrutar en familia.
Creo que le falta más ventilación al baño, pero es un detalle menor

Me tocó en una habitación que daba a la calle y se escuchaba todo el ruido de afuera, recomiendo que los vidrios de las ventanas fueran en contra de ruidos. Y renovar un poco los baños.
It was clean and the staff was awesome! The waiters were so kind and always smiling! The grounds were well kept!

We loved the view and the room was very nice.
We were confirmed for a 2 bed room and received a king bed. When asked reception about this, they would not change our room. They said they keep those rooms for a 3 person occupancy. 🙄
Me gustaron mucho las instalaciones, la comida, las albercas la ubicación de la playa y todo lo que proporcionaron, las pizzas fueron excelentes.
El personal con cara larga, como no eres extranjero, te tratan como si no les gustará trabajar, desde el personal de recepción, el bartender (no el ayudante, el es amable), los host en el restaurante y la mayoría de los meseros, una simple pregunta y te responden como si les debieras algo, groseros y mal encarados, además la organización para darte los snacks y las pizzas es ineficiente, tienes que tener una mesa para que te den los alimentos, los cuál es una perdida de tiempo, los huéspedes se quedan sentados para poder disfrutar del lugar lo cual hace que no haya mesas y no te den comida, es horrible y mal pensado.

Personnel accueillant et à l’écoute, chambre confortable, buffet excellent. Très beau petit site hôteliers et bien entretenu.
Manque de chaise à la plage doit se lever tôt pour en avoir une. Difficulté à échanger des billets pour avoir des plus petit pour les pourboire ( prévoyez vos petits billets pour les pourboires)
