Tolle Lage und ausgesprochen freundliches Personal, aber der stark veraltete und renovierungsbedürftige Zustand des Hote
Pros:

Die größte Stärke des Hotels ist definitiv die Lage direkt am Meer. Auch der Poolbereich ist schön und war während unseres Aufenthalts angenehm ruhig und kaum besucht. Wer gerne einen entspannten Tag am Pool verbringt, findet hier sicherlich gute Voraussetzungen.

Sehr positiv hervorheben möchte ich außerdem das Personal. Wirklich alle Mitarbeiter, mit denen wir Kontakt hatten, waren ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Qualität der Handtücher ist uns positiv aufgefallen.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, hat allerdings im Vergleich zu früher deutlich nachgelassen. Meine Mutter war bereits mehrfach in diesem Hotel und kannte das Frühstück noch als außergewöhnlich gut. Mittlerweile wurde das Angebot leider deutlich reduziert.

Grundsätzlich sehe ich durchaus Potenzial in diesem Hotel: Die Lage, der Meerblick, der Pool und vor allem das freundliche Personal sind eine sehr gute Basis. Das Gebäude selbst müsste jedoch dringend modernisiert werden.

Cons:

Leider ist das Hotel insgesamt extrem in die Jahre gekommen und aus meiner Sicht dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer wirken alt und abgewohnt, es gibt noch Teppichböden und insbesondere die Badezimmer entsprechen überhaupt nicht mehr dem Standard, den ich von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten würde.

Die Bäder sind teilweise sehr alt, die Armaturen ebenfalls. Statt einer modernen Dusche gibt es eine Badewanne, der Wasserdruck war bei uns sehr schwach und die Raumaufteilung ist ausgesprochen unpraktisch. Die Toilette befindet sich direkt hinter der Badezimmertür, wodurch der ohnehin begrenzte Platz noch kleiner wirkt. Besonders kritisch fand ich Stellen mit schwarzem Schimmel, die augenscheinlich lediglich überstrichen worden waren.

Hinzu kommt, dass die Zimmer keine Balkone haben. Frische Luft ist daher im Wesentlichen von der Lüftungs- bzw. Klimaanlage abhängig. Diese funktionierte bei uns nicht ausreichend, sodass wir zeitweise Temperaturen von etwa 27 °C im Zimmer hatten. Gerade wenn man kein Fenster beziehungsweise keine Balkontür öffnen kann, ist das sehr unangenehm.

Ebenfalls ausgesprochen störend war ein starker Abwassergeruch im Eingangsbereich. Dieser war deutlich wahrnehmbar und besonders unangenehm, weil man von dort auch in Richtung Restaurant geht. Das ist leider kein schöner erster Eindruck und vor dem Essen erst recht nicht angenehm.

Ich habe bereits im damaligen Hyatt Regency İzmir İstinyePark, heute Grand Hyatt İzmir İstinyePark⁠ übernachtet und kann deshalb einen direkten Vergleich ziehen. Für mich liegen zwischen beiden Hotels Welten. Wer besonderen Wert auf Sauberkeit, eine moderne Ausstattung, zeitgemäße Badezimmer und ein modernes Interieur legt, sollte meiner Erfahrung nach lieber etwas mehr Geld investieren und eine modernere Unterkunft wählen. Das Hyatt war für mich in diesen Punkten die deutlich bessere Wahl.

Sehr schade, denn ich sehe durchaus Potenzial im Wyndham.

Хамам пустая трата денег, каждый раз когда летаю в Турцию хожу в хамам, но здесь меня просто помочили и протерли тряпочкой. После спс хочется зеленого чая, везде можно попить чай бесплатно но а Турции даже стакан воды бесплатно не дадут

Pros:

Grande baie vitrée dans les chambres, vue panoramique.
Lit très confortable
L’espace SPA est le point fort de l’établissement. Il est grand et très complet (ferme à 23h)

Cons:

Excentré du centre ville.
Chambre pas prête à 14h comme annoncé
Personnel professionnel mais assez peu sympathique (spa et réception)

Excellent hotel for nice holidays with very nice swimming pools and great breakfast.
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel with a very nice spa area. A view was just great. The breakfast was a real cultural adventure. I even used hamman massage. A very good shopping center is nearby, I bouth excellent towels Ozdilek for my whole family.
