The hotel location is great, both close to the city center and the airport. The rooms are very nice, clean. We had a beautiful view of the sea and Izmir. The staff is very helpful, kind and attentive. The food was delicious. We contacted the hotel before our stay about strict gluten free diet (no traces and cross-contamination) and they were very helpful and careful in food preparation for us. We are sending a big thank you to the reception, the kitchen team and the chef Mr Eren Erdogan.

The view from the room was fantastic. The thermal springs and different saunas were wonderful and relaxing. Room was clean, great food in the club lounge too.
The coffee machine was leaking water.
Great spa services, we enjoyed that a lot! Our room was clean and equipped with all necessary facilities, as advertised. Staff are polite and professional.
A bit away from the city centre, however there are lots of restaurants around – no need to take overpriced breakfast at the hotel.
I always make it a point to stay at the Wyndham Grand Izmir Ozdilek whenever I visit the city. It has become my go to spot for a reliable and comfortable stay.
During my most recent visit, I realized I hadn't paid enough attention to the details while booking. Thankfully, the staff was incredibly accommodating, the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade our room to a single bed setup that suited our needs much better.
The thermal facilities and the overall service remain top notch.
The comfort and the view keep me coming back. I’m already looking forward to my next stay
My only minor critique is that, given the price range of the rooms, it would be a nice touch if breakfast were included in the base rate.
