Movenpick no longer exists. The Sheraton is quite nice.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and had a good meal in the hotel restaurant on one evening. The hotel was a bit dated and on one day both lifts were not working which could have been a big problem.
Hotel was excellent but it’s just a shame they take €100 euro for any potential expenses on the day you arrive but can’t refund it immediately on the day you leave. Was told it would take 5-7 working days. Next time I’ll be asking if they take cash and they can return the cash to me when I leave.

Great hotel. Attentive staff, good breakfast, elevators and stairs sufficient for number of guests, clean comfy room, close to subway station. TV could be updated to allow streaming from phone, WiFi could be more secure.

The location is very good. However, if you expect service from the reception/concierge, perhaps look somewhere else. I had to do 4 individual trips from my car up to my room with my bags and other personal belongings. Staff chose not to help and they do not have luggage trolleys. To add to this, only one elevator was working so the time taken between each trip to my and and hotel room. Not what i needed after a long 7 hour drive to get there.
Loved the room. Great buffet breakfast. Station 2mins away. Some attractions nearby and I found all the central attractions walkable, though using the trains meant I could cram more in. If both the lifts were working I'd have probably given the hotel 5 stars.
Free breakfast for guests, convenient public transportation. Had great time in Berlin and running marathon.
Not too far of a walk to the places we wanted to go. Very close to the subway, which was awesome. Has a restaurant and bar on site. Used the gym a couple of times and tried to use the sauna, but the last person left the door open so it wasn't up to temp and i didnt have enough time to wait. Overall happy with the stay and could see myself staying here again.

It was a good experience..Although I lost my Jacket a couple of hours after I realized I left it in my room after checking out.Efforts to retrieve it was never successful and was really disappointed.
I also had a refund of double payment pending with this property and no one was willing to help until a staff by name Michelle took upon herself to have the funds refunded. She promised to have it worked on and she did. Michelle,I really appreciate this and whenever I am in Berlin, I will stop by one day to thank you. Your have the best customer service traits and will urge you to keep it up.
Hotel is a great location, easily walkable to main areas and a 12 min walk to Checkpoint Charlie. The hotel was excellent, good rooms, air con was not the best but the breakfast was very good indeed, plenty of choice. Staff all very helpful.

Air conditioning don’t work at all. Room was always way hotter than exterior temperature. Hard to sleep as a result.
Included mini fridge was so hot everything spoiled. Tried to adjust, no help.
Phone in room didn’t work. Our luggage had been lost by airport and we kept having to call from the lobby. When the luggage was delivered, no one informed us.
Nice hotel in a great location with good breakfast selection.
The hotel is old but pretty nice lobby and the buffet breakfast had a variety of choices. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were all very nice and helpful to all our needs.
