The room was clean
The room looked out onto the parking lot and smelled of sewage. The food at the buffet was not very good.
Very comfortable room.
Some staff members were lovely - got a free dinner and some free drinks. They booked our taxi. They were very kind and helpful at check in.
This is not a beach hotel, it’s a 5-10 minute walk to a crowded beach. The photos are deceiving, if you want a beach holiday don’t book here.
We were there the first week of July so it was 29 degrees. The room for breakfast and dinner was barely air conditioned, it got so hot especially after eating a buffet meal. This impacted the experience enormously, it was very uncomfortable and we couldn’t fully enjoy the meals.
The luxurious sunbeds could be reserved, I asked about one that didn’t have a reserved sign on it and no one was using it, but was told we still couldn’t use it. I imagine that was incorrect as it hadn’t been reserved.
Chromecast on our tv wasn’t working, the first staff member I spoke to told me it was not included in our room. I had to go back and show her their brochure to confirm it was included.
There’s a dress code for dinner, which I wasn’t aware of before arrival. The lady at reception told us to try and dress up and said Birkenstocks were not appropriate. This made us feel like second class citizens, it was an awkward and slightly rude conversation. As the dining room was so hot, we couldn’t wear socks, shoes, trousers etc. it ended up being fine wearing shorts and birks, but we were made to feel like that wasn’t ok, which was stressful, frustrating and not a good experience for guests paying a lot of money.
Our stay was great, it was located nearby beach and we had everything we needed .
Better than all, the staff were amazing, helpful and kind.
Last minute booking...staff were excellent

Close to beach
Good buffet selection
Friendly restaurant staff
Overall massively overpriced for the quality and service of the hotel.
Poor room service
Gave our clothes to wash and after 3 days they still had not done it.
One of the lights in the room didn’t switch off, had to sleep a whole night with the light on, in was brutal.
The aircon was also really loud in the room
Room service kept coming at 8:30am every day!! And just barged in when we were still sleeping and then had terrible attitude when we asked them to please come back later.
Cleaners threw out some items during room service which was super annoying and also costly!!
SPA, Staff, Location
Food was just OK, our hot tub was facing backwards on the Royal terrace room 4309, when two are in the tub you face the wall, not the mountain. Our coffee maker was broken, we turned it in and it was never returned, fortunately the maid provided us enough instant to suffice.
Everything, was top-notch! :) Massive room, huge comfortable bed, great large balcony overviewing the new pool and mountains. Breakfast had absolutely everything. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I personally enjoyed all the sports and activities, spinning, aqua gym, yoga, etc very complete and entertaining with shows in the evening after dinner.
All was amazing, maybe the location, if you want to be closer to a center with restaurants to eat out at night. Although closest Cala Agulla and Cala Ratjada are a 12 min drive. But if you are looking to be right next to the best Cala in Mallorca, that’s Cala Mesquida, :) then it’s all that matters and location is more than perfect.
Good service Great breakfast
Buffet food was plentiful but very bland
The food choices were excellent. Buffet was plentiful. The a la carte for lunch was superb.
Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean.
It was a quiet, peaceful resort ,but there was a convenient bus stop outside the hotel, with good links to other resorts and attractions!
I think the snack bar section at the beach restaurant should be available to ALL the hotel guests, not just the ones who paid a premium. My parents stayed at this hotel before, and they found it very convenient to get a cool drink and snack at the beach. But we were denied entry, and when my mum enquired at reception, she was informed that she shouldn’t have used it last time as she hadn’t booked a premium room ( no- one had told her this and they had just let my parents in last time! )
Breakfast was perfect, many choices to all tastes
Hotel rooms needs some refurbishment, pictures most likely are taken long time ago, so reality is a little bit different, so it's overpriced.
