Overall excellent, the staff are a massive asset at this hotel, beautifully managed very peaceful location
Pros:

We enjoyed the immunities at the complex and the hotel and facilities were very clean and uncrowded

Cons:

We were disappointed that inflatables were not allowed in swimming pool, even though it was an adult only and laying on a Lilo was very calm and peaceful

Pros:

​Exceptional stay – far exceeded all our expectations!
​This hotel completely blew us away! The property is actually a complex of several buildings set within a massive, beautiful territory. What’s amazing is that there are no visible fences, which gives you an indescribable feeling that the hotel itself is its own charming little town.
​The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. Keep in mind that the sunbeds on the beach do cost extra and could be a bit cleaner, but to be fair, they are managed independently and do not belong to the hotel.
​I want to give a special mention to the Reception team and particularly to Laura. She welcomed us so warmly and made sure we were fed upon arrival, which was a lifesaver since our flight was delayed and we only got to the hotel around 11 PM.
​Our room was absolutely huge and spotless, with a massive and incredibly comfortable bed. We couldn't have asked for a better stay—highly recommended!

Los espacios exteriores, las dos piscinas, el desayuno bufet y la cena, comida de buena calidad.

Cons:

En la habitación donde estábamos alojados la cisterna del váter no funcionaba bien, no tiraba suficiente agua.
Hemos echado en falta un microondas a la hora del desayuno, para calentar la leche que había en las jarras.
