Pros:

Family room, all the pools, excellent kid facilities, meal convenience, bouncy castle, proximity to Ciutadella, good selection of food and some of it particularly nice

Cons:

Indoor pool wasn’t hot enough, lack of information about basic things like how to get pool towels (and not being able to get them fresh regularly), pirate ship by the kids pool could have been cleaner (bird poo), lunch could be open 30 mins earlier for young kids, no bath tub

On va dire que le rapport qualité prix et respecter pour l’ensemble.

Les équipements proposés pour les enfants sont top.

Cons:

Appartement vieillissent et pourtours des piscines principale aussi .Le ménage de notre chambre n’a pas était effectué 2 jours sur les 6 jours que nous étions sur place, sachant que la matinée nous étions en visite ou pas dans le logement donc rien n’empêchait qu’il soit fait.

La situation géographique, proche de Ciutadella. Le personnel est très attentif (mention spécial à Félix, toujours prévenant lors de notre arrivée au restaurant et extrêmement sympathique). La variété des plats incroyable.

Cons:

L'insonorisation dans les chambres: nous entendions les pleurs du bébé à l'étage supérieur et le déplacement des chaises

Heerlijk verblijf, top ligging!
Pros:

Fantastisch uitgebreid ontbijt.
Super locatie. Op 500m van de vuurtoren en een kleine kilometer wandelen van haventje met tal van restaurantjes.

Buena ubicación
Pros:

El hotel esta ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, rodeado de pinos y a la vez cerca del puerto donde hay muchos restaurantes de distintos tipos de comida y con mucho ambiente.
Tambien esta cerca de Cala En Bosch, se tarda unos 10 minutos caminando.

Cons:

No me gusto que NO habia cafetera en el apartamento, a pesar de que cuenta con cocina. Si tiene calentador de agua, tostadora, sarten, microondas.... pero de Cafetera ni hablar, tuvimos que comprar cafes frios ya preparados en el supermercado para poder tomar cafe en el desayuno.

We had a great week with our kids at Zafiro Menorca. It’s a nice hotel that I can warmly recommend.
Pros:

All in all a very nice hotel. Good room, pool area, and buffet breakfast/dinner. Friendly staff and nice activities for the kids. Short walk to the supermarket and marina as well as the beach.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t great and the music at the pool was sometimes a bit loud.
