Todo bien
The Hotel and staff were excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel if visiting the local area or needing a place to stay for airport access. I can't say enough about the beauty of the hotel and rooms, as well as the accommodating staff members.
Most hotels now have outlets for charging cell phones, but there was no way to plug our USB cable into an outlet for charging, and I didn't think to bring a wall plug. Also, It would have been nice to have been able to grab a coffee/drink/snack at the hotel in the late morning and enjoy the hotel grounds, especially since it's such a beautiful hotel.
Was clean , and tidy and comfortable beds. About 15 mins to Hermosa pier which we really enjoyed for the day.
Staff were quite rude on the front desk, and unfortunately no facilities for eating options, but they are fixing the restaurant so hopefullly this wil be available soon
设施比较老旧,早餐太简单。都是外采的成品点心
Great hotel for decent price. Room was big and very clean. The bed was big and comfortable. The heated pool and jacuzzi were open until 10pm so we had time to enjoy those after we arrived. Breakfast was good for only 7$ per person. Really enjoyable stay.
Only downside i could come up with is that the parking cost 22$ but I think it’s normal price in LA area.

Bello... comodo molto stiloso!
Bel hôtel mais le personnel ne parle pas français
La climatisation est très bruyante et impossible d’avoir le noir total dans la chambre
Sinon l hôtel est très beau
Le bruit de la ventilation
The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet – ideal for resting after a long journey. The location was convenient.
The overall experience did not match the expectations set by a hotel that presents itself as a "palace".
Upon arrival, the first impression was far from welcoming. The front desk receptionist appeared either deeply unhappy or severely underpaid. Instead of a warm “welcome”, the very first thing she told us was that any damage to the room would be charged directly to our credit card. That’s not how you greet a traveler who just flew nearly 20 hours to reach your establishment.
I wasn’t expecting luxury service – but I was traveling with 7 large suitcases filled with professional equipment, and I had to haul them all myself using a hotel trolley. (hotel promotes itself as a “palatial experience)
Then came breakfast or what I’d rather call a scavenger hunt. I was already hungry from the night before (the hotel offered no food not even snacks). In the morning, I asked reception about breakfast and was misdirected to different areas of the property (the receptionist herself didn’t know where it was). Eventually, I found it a sad table with a thermos of coffee and some puff pastries in a basket.
Upon check-out, I asked for a proper invoice for business purposes. I was told to “request it through Booking.com”. I did. No reply. I followed up. Still nothing. I even called the hotel directly – they hung up on me. Booking.com's own customer support has since tried to help, but even they can’t get a response from the property.
Summary of my stay:
This hotel may look like an European palace, but I strongly suggest the owner take a real trip to Europe and stay at a few smaller hotels to understand what true hospitality, support, and guest experience actually mean. Would I stay again? Maybe – the room was quiet and clean. But if you arrive hungry, want breakfast the next day, or need a business invoice afterward, be aware: those things aren’t part of the royal treatment in this California palace.
Läget, nära LAX, flygplatsen för vidare resa till Maui.
This property is a hidden gem!
The decor and the ambience of the hotel is warm and inviting. The rooms are well appointed and the staff is professional and very accommodating.
It would be nice to have a better coffee maker and coffee in the room.
El tamaño de habitacion, la ubicacion y la cama.
El servicio de recepcion muy incorrecto, y al hotel le hace falta una puesta al dia.
