Un gran hotel a pocos pasos de Sta. Sofía
Pros:

Un gran hotel a tan solo 5 minutos de Sta. Sofía.
El personal muy atento y el servicio y la limpieza han sido excelentes.
El desayuno es en la terraza del hotel y las vistas y es espectacular. Delicioso y muy completo.

Perfect location for exploring Istanbul
Pros:

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from Sultanahmet Square and right next to the tram stop, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. The staff were very friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with housekeeping provided whenever needed. We really appreciated the convenient location, which made exploring Istanbul easy and enjoyable.

Cons:

The breakfast was good, but the selection was quite repetitive, with the same dishes served every day. The only drinks available were Turkish tea and coffee. On one occasion, other types of coffee were offered, but there were no juices during our stay. One morning, when we arrived for breakfast, the hot dishes had already run out and were not replenished.
The bathroom could be better equipped with an additional towel hook and a cup for toothbrushes. The room also had air conditioning, which worked well but was quite noisy, especially at night.

Отель превзошёл наши ожидания! Заявлен как 3*, но комфорт и отношение персонала на все 5+
Номера небольшие, но свежие, ванные комнаты в отличном состоянии. Всë работает, и всё есть (гель, мыло, шампунь). Особенно удивили маленькие подарки отеля - персональные косметички с гигиеническими наборами и даже швейным набором.
Отдельно про персонал: ресепшен и завтраки на террасе это высокий уровень профессионализма и заботы о каждом госте.
Кстати, да! В отеле чудесная открытая терраса для завтраков!
Особенно отмечу работу Utku Arslan - он и багаж донес, и про экскурсии рассказал, и утюг доставил, и канал ТВ настроил. Всегда доброжелательный и приятный молодой человек!
В общем, в этот отель точно стоит вернуться! Расположение прямо у трамвайной остановки возле парка: 5-10 минут и вы или на пл. Султана Ахмета, или на набережной с корабликами, или просто в самом центре исторического района.

Pros:

Ich bin von Deutschland (Stuttgart) mit dem Fahrrad angereist und hatte bis dahin in 31 Hotels übernachtet. Viele waren gut bis sehr gut. Doch so einen herzlichen Empfang hatte bis dahin nicht erlebt. Dafür danke ich besonders Hüseyin Bey und Azize Hanım und auch Utku.
Es hat alles super gepasst. Auch mein Fahrrad wurde innen sicher abgestellt.
Die Lage des Hotels ist bestens, um Istanbul zu erkunden.
Das Frühstück mit dem frischem Obst, das auf der Dachterrasse serviert wird, war köstlich.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean, it’s location was more than ideal (walkable from most touristic spots). The staff was so accommodating (thank you Utku & Shaimaa!) and made our stay much more welcoming. There are stores all around the hotel and a tram station right infront of it. I would definitely recommend this place to any traveller
