Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in Istanbul, the staff was nice and very helpful, the room was clean and bed linen and towels were changed every day. The hotel is placed close to restaurants and Great Bazar and walking distance to Sultanahmet Square. Breakfast was satisfying.

Room is small, but not a problem if you come in the evening. Breakfast area was really small but they said they are working on new one. Windows are not soundproof, for sensitive people during sleep not suitable as tram is close

Pros:

This was my second stay at Navoris Hotel in Istanbul, and I was truly impressed with the recent renovation. Everything is newly updated, modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The hotel feels fresh, comfortable, and very well organized.
A special thank you to Utku, Cesar, and Sena , they truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their hospitality and positive energy made a big difference in our experience.
The location is perfect, very convenient for public transportation and close to many attractions.
I highly recommend Navoris Hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul.

Pros:

The stay exceeded our expectations and we can only recommend it. The staff responded to our special requests and took care of them immediately. Very impressive. The hotel is very centrally located, so everything was within walking distance. The room was extremely clean. The breakfast left nothing to be desired (even my extra request for gluten-free bread). I would therefore like to express my sincere thanks to Eren, Seren, and the rest of the team.

Comfortable Stay Steps Away from Istanbul’s Icons
Pros:

The hotel has been recently renovated and offers a fresh, comfortable atmosphere. Its location is excellent, right next to a metro station, with Hagia Sophia Mosque and the Blue Mosque just a short walk away. The surrounding area is lively, with vibrant streets and a bustling bazaar also within walking distance. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Eren and Sena for making my stay truly enjoyable.

Muy buena opción en pleno casco histórico.
Pros:

Excelente instalaciones. Transporte público a un paso. Los puntos de interés están muy cerca y muy amable el personal. Especialmente Utku, Sezer y Sima (? No sé cómo se escribe) siempre muy atentos.

Cons:

La fortaleza del hotel (ubicación) puede ser una debilidad, ya que es una zona muy transitada y si tenes el sueño liviano , puede ser complicado.

Pros:

die lage des hotels ist für touristen exzellent. es liegt direkt an einer trambahnstation. zur blauen moschee und zur hagia sophia sind es nur wenige gehminuten, die schriftliche vorab kommunikation mit dem hotel war einfach und das hotel antwortete schnell auf nachrichten.
Die Betten des Hotels sind bequem und man kann gut schlafen. Auch das Badezimmer hat alle Annehmlichkeiten zu bieten.

frühstück bis 11 uhr, check out bis 12 uhr

Cons:

als ich ankam, war mein gebuchtes zimmer aufgrund eines wasserschadens nicht verfügbar. gebucht habe ich für 2 nächte. mir wurde dann gesagt, dass ich für die erste nacht ein kleineres zimmer erhalte, im gegenzug aber für die zweite nacht das whirlpool zimmer erhalte.
angekommen im "ersatzzimmer" war die toilette leider nicht sauber und zudem war das zimmer wirklich klein, weswegen ich bei der rezeption gesagt habe, dass es nicht akzeptabel ist, und somit habe ich dann direkt das größere zimmer mit dem whirlpool erhalten. ich hätte mir gewünscht, von anfang an diese lösung in betracht zu ziehen. Den gedankengang meinem hotelgast erst das schlechtere zimmer und somit ein downgrade zu geben, um ihn dann mit einem upgrade zu belohnen ergibt für mich überhaupt keinen sinn.

das frühstück war in einem kleinen raum und es war ein kleines buffet angerichtet. die zu kühlenden lebensmittel wie Joghurt, Käse, Wurst oder milch waren aber einfach nur bei zimmer temperatur aufgestellt, als ich um 10:30 frühstücken ging, sah die sucuk sowie der Joghurt nicht mehr appetitlich aus, im metallbehälter des rühreis war ebenfalls nur noch ein ein kleines häufchen übrig, das nicht mal mehr für eine portion gereicht hätte. geschultes hotelpersonal hätte dieses einfach weggeräumt.
Leider machte es aber den eindruck, dass dieses hotel nicht von ausgebildeten hotelleuten geführt wurde. Die mitarbeitenden waren allesamt sehr freundlich,, allerdings permanent vor den Gästen am handy mit gesenktem kopf. Das hinterlässt keinen professionellen Eindruck.
Im Frühstücksraum wurde tagsüber geraucht (Hotelpersonal, Reinungskräfte, etc.).

Die Klimaanlage in den Räumen kann man nicht selbst regulieren. Mein Zimmer war auf 28 Grad geheizt und war wie eine Sauna, ich musste dann zur Lobby um die Temperatur einstellen zu lassen. In der Nacht hat sich das Gerät dann alle 5 Minuten aus und eingeschaltet. Was nervig war.
Insgesamt wurde ich 3 mal gefragt ob ich das Hotel mit einer 10 bewerten kann.
