had accidentally booked the room one day ahead of schedule. we told nothing could be done for any kind of compensation. we were offered a room for much more than we had previously paid. the lobby dad a very dirty smell to it, smelled of cigarette smoke and dirty carpet.

Room was very nice. Check-in person was extremely nice. Check-out person seemed to be bothered that we were intruding on her other activities,, even though there was nobody else checking out when we were.
The lady that was overseeing the breakfast area did Not speak at all with any other guest, myself along with other guest had said good morning too her and there was actually no verbal, nice greeting. NOTHING.
The complete staff (the ones that we had encountered)other than our check-in person appeared to be unhappy working there. SOoo, this appears to me that the Upper man
The floors in the hallways on the first floor and the 5th floor were scattered with debris and felt unkept.

The experience was great . The bed was.comfortable, room was clean, bathroom was clean, plenty of towels, refrigerator and microwave was also awesome . The hot breakfast was great with great selections.
