The staff was very friendly and I liked the location
The staff at check-in were very friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast cleanliness in the location.
I was relying on the use of the business center during my stay only to find that it had been moved to a small desk in the main lobby and cafeteria area. This wasn’t feasible as I was surrounded by constant noise and was unable to conduct meetings in that environment. The room formerly used for the Business center had been repurposed by the staff into a Photo/Selphie Booth for patrons. I was forced to retreat to my room and had to send my family out on errands so that I could conduct my meetings.
Everything is cramped, noisy, and gross
The front desk staff were more than welcoming and accommodating. We were there from 7/31-8/1 and both were wonderful. We interacted with housekeeping in passing on our floor and they were some of the most polite I’ve seen.
The breakfast was excellent. It meant all my dietary needs and offered a wide variety
Wish front desk would HAVE TOLD ME THE POOL / HOT TUB WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND ALSO FRONT DESK LET ME KNOW I HAD BOOKED A KING BED AND SAID HE'D CHANGE IT TO 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS FOR ONLY $$ 6.00 SIX DOLLARS WHEN IN FACT IT WAS OVER $$ 30.00 thirty DOLLARS Difference ALSO the Breakfast was not as good as Comfort Inn or a Quality Inn Free Breakfast as far as Value NO it's way over Rated !!! Will not stay there again Prices of Rooms and Breakfast are not worth it!!
It was easily accessible from the interstate. It was clean and modern.
I prefer a walk in shower vs a tube and shower.

Unfortunately, there is a slight chemical smell . This may be because the pool is located next to the lobby.
Stopped in for the night. Staff was very attentive and even gave me some toothpaste that I forgot to pack.
