La atencion del personal tanto de recepcion como de la zona de desayuno, que fue con los que hemos tenido contacto.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitacion. Visualmente estaba limpia pero fuimos con niños y al mover el sofa cama para que el niño pequeño no se cayera, detrás del sofa encontramos una cuchara y bastante suciedad. Ademas, debajo de la cama grande, estaba llena de frutos secos y suciedad acumulada.

Buena alojamiento para estancia corta
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación si tu objetivo es estar cerca del aeropuerto (como era nuestro caso). Personal muy amable. Camas cómodas. Aire acondicionado que funcionaba a la perfección (34 grados por la noche). Desayuno variado y de calidad.

Cons:

Habitación doble un poco justa de espacio. Precio quizás algo excesivo, aunque entendemos que esto es parte del mercado.

Outstanding staff! Always happy to help and make you feel welcome.
Pros:

The staff was absolutely amazing! We had a personal issue with our temporary rental in Spain, and they went out of their way to help us and offer support. The hotel itself is small, but what truly makes it special is the incredible staff—they made our stay a wonderful experience.

A special thank you to the morning receptionist and the woman working alongside him; both were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming. We really appreciated everything you did for us!

The breakfast was also excellent, and I especially loved the tortilla de patatas. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Everything was good considering the price and what you get in return. I would say the only downside was the location. Getting there from the airport required taking two buses, which was a bit inconvenient. There are also only a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Overall, though, it offers good value for money.
