Great rest!
Pros:

The staff is very kind and supportive. They were always available to support us, give us recommendations and advices for a better stance.

Cons:

The kitchen is closed in the afternoon and nights.

Para un hotel que pretende ser 5 estrellas no tiene ascensor para subir o bajar las valijas pero tampoco tiene botones y dependimos de la buena voluntad de los empleados de front desk o comedor

Pros:

Het is een prachtige accommodatie zeer groot
Jammer was dat het wat verder van het strand lag en dat poolbar niet open was maar dat kwam omdat het geen hoogseizoen meer was
Maar het was er heerlijk rustig een hele mooie omgeving ,personeel super aardig !!
Heel schoon ,fijne bedden en 2 balkons !

Es war sehr ruhig und man konnte trotzdem zu Fuß an den Strand und ins Zentrum gehen. Viel Grün um die Anlage. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Juan an der Rezeption hat und netterweise noch Tips für unsere weitere Reise gegeben:-) kommen gerne wieder

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank wäre im Zimmer besser platziert gewesen und müsste nicht im Schlafzimmer stehen. Ein Wasserkocher wäre nett gewesen..

Basic verblijf zonder veel extra’s maar alles prima in orde
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Lekker ontbijt met verschillende keuzes. Mooi zwembad met uitzicht op het golfterrein. Gelegen in een beschermd domein (enige nadeel, als je je verblijfbewijs niet bij hebt kom je er niet in)

Cons:

We kregen een kamer waar geen warm water was, we kregen wel snel een nieuwe kamer omdat het probleem niet opgelost kon worden. Bar aan het zwembad is tijdens ons verblijf nooit open geweest helaas, er staan ook geen openingsuren bij.

hotel en una ubicación excelente privada con seguridad en todo momento, un espacio de paz tranquilo, un desayuno excelente, piscina bonita. personal amable. esperamos que siga creciendo en servicios y mantengan su calidad. sin duda volver con mi familia nos encanto el hotel

El personal en general es super atento, todos a disposición de ayudar y quiero hacer especial mención al gerente del hotel quien me estuvo ayudando durante todo el proceso de mi reserva y a Saraí quien me dio una excelente bienvenida con una bebida.

Cons:

1- El hecho de que el bar solo habrá "a veces" como me dijeron en el desayunador cuando, entiendo, debería tener un horario.
2- En el horario del desayuno mantienen la puerta de la cocina abierta lo que ocasionó que algunos días tuviera que escuchar discusiones con los cocineros
3- En el día y tarde todos son atentos y saludan al pasar, pero el señor de la noche a veces no te contesta el saludo :(

Kaunis ympäristö ja erittäin tilavat huoneet. Aamupalalla ihana ja huomaavainen palvelu. Huoneessa jääkaappi omille eväille.

Cons:

Pyyhkeet loppuivat kesken, eikä puhtaita ollut saatavilla. Palvelu on ajoittain töykeää. Hieno venue, mutta mitään palveluja ei ollut saatavilla, ei ravintolaa, ei allas baaria avoinna, allasta ei siistitty roskista päivittäin, ei huonepalvelua. Kuumana päivänä hotellista ei saanut ostettua edes juotavaa.

I don’t think this hotel is 4 star hotel but maybe 3. However we were happy to find where to sleep at the last minute. T

Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

This was our last minute booking as originally booked property cancelled on us on our arrival. Once we got room assigned to us, it was visible that it wasn’t cleaned from previous people, beds weren’t made, dirty bedsheets on the side,, floors filthy. Then second room was checked, same story. At the end they said they will give us “better” room than we have paid for. Room wasn’t bad, nice balcony and the view, clean. Poolside was smelly of sewage, wasn’t very clean, so we never really used it. Breakfast nothing special, majority of the food was cold, event what was supposed to be hot. But fruits and juices were nice. There were so many rooms that weren’t cleaned in all day we were there, you could see it through the window when you passed it.
