Pros:

Ein Großes Zimmer und die bequemen Betten.

Irreführende Bewertung – maximal 2 Sterne

Die Bewertung von 5 Sternen für dieses Hotel ist aus meiner Sicht absolut irreführend.

Die Anlage und die Zimmer mögen einmal schön gewesen sein, inzwischen wirken sie jedoch deutlich vernachlässigt und teilweise dem Verfall überlassen. Vieles macht den Eindruck, als hätte das Hotel bessere Zeiten hinter sich.

Ein richtiges Restaurant ist praktisch nicht vorhanden. Abgesehen von einem eher mäßigen Frühstück gibt es kaum gastronomisches Angebot. Eine Bar sucht man ebenfalls vergeblich. Besonders irritierend sind die Schilder mit Getränken an der Bar – sie erinnern eher an vergangene Zeiten, als hier noch tatsächlich Service stattfand. Heute wirkt das fast wie blanker Hohn, wenn man am Pool sitzt und es keinerlei Möglichkeit gibt, etwas zu trinken oder zu essen zu bekommen.

Der Pool selbst wird von vielen Vögeln bevölkert.

Das sieht zwar zunächst ganz nett aus, führt aber dazu, dass praktisch alles rund um den Pool mit Vogelkot verschmutzt ist.

Meine Tochter bekam auch Ausschlag, aber wir wissen nicht ob es vom Poolwasser kam.

Zum Personal kann ich kaum etwas sagen, da man nur sehr selten jemanden sieht. Eine eher unangenehme Erfahrung gab es dennoch: Als ich meiner Tochter etwa eine halbe Stunde nach unserem Frühstück – noch während der offiziellen Frühstückszeit – etwas Obst holen wollte, wurde mir das verweigert mit der Begründung, wir hätten bereits gefrühstückt und dürften kein „zweites Frühstück“ nehmen.

Insgesamt bleibt der Eindruck eines Hotels, das seinem Ruf und seiner Bewertung in keiner Weise gerecht wird.

Duschen konnten wir nur kalt.

Die Lage ist problematisch: Das Hotel ist schwer zu finden und liegt sehr weit ab vom Schuss in der geschlossenen Anlage Playacar. Bei der Zufahrt muss man angemeldet sein, was das Hotel für uns natürlich im Vorfeld nicht gemacht hat.

Auf keinen Fall wieder. Es gibt im nähren Umkreis günstigere Möglichkeiten mit mehr Service.

Ist bestimmt ein schönes Hotel , wenn.....
Pros:

Wir sind auf dieses Hotel gestoßen, da es kurzfristig Probleme mit unserer ursprünglich gebuchten Unterkunft gab und wir spät abends dringend eine Alternative benötigten.
Leider gestaltete sich bereits die Anreise schwierig, da sich das Hotel in einem abgesperrten Gebiet befindet, das nur über mehrere Schranken und Sicherheitskontrollen erreichbar ist. Im Dunkeln war das Hotel zudem nur schwer zu finden, was die Situation zusätzlich erschwert hat.
Vor Ort erhielten wir zudem nicht das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer. Stattdessen wurden uns lediglich deutlich teurere Alternativen angeboten, die aus unserer Sicht nicht dem gebuchten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entsprachen.
Obwohl der Betrag bereits über unsere Kreditkarte abgebucht worden war und uns zunächst keine Möglichkeit zur Stornierung eingeräumt wurde, haben wir uns entschieden, nicht im Hotel zu bleiben. Erst mithilfe des Anbieters und nach mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme erhielten wir unser Geld zurück.
Glücklicherweise konnten wir anschließend außerhalb der Sperrzone eine kleine, sehr angenehme Unterkunft finden. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel jedoch enttäuschend.

Pros:

Solo estuve una noche pero destaco la atención del personal, el chico de la noche es muy profesional y amable, al igual que los meseros del desayuno, también la habitación, más grande de lo que esperaba y muy limpia.

Cons:

El desayuno... su calidad y su variedad pueden ser mejores, esto porque la comida que debe estar caliente, estaba fría y algunas cosas pareciese no eran frescas o faltaban condimentarse mejor.

Geweldig !
Pros:

Het is een prachtige accommodatie zeer groot
Jammer was dat het wat verder van het strand lag en dat poolbar niet open was maar dat kwam omdat het geen hoogseizoen meer was
Maar het was er heerlijk rustig een hele mooie omgeving ,personeel super aardig !!
Heel schoon ,fijne bedden en 2 balkons !

Es war sehr ruhig und man konnte trotzdem zu Fuß an den Strand und ins Zentrum gehen. Viel Grün um die Anlage. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Juan an der Rezeption hat und netterweise noch Tips für unsere weitere Reise gegeben:-) kommen gerne wieder

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank wäre im Zimmer besser platziert gewesen und müsste nicht im Schlafzimmer stehen. Ein Wasserkocher wäre nett gewesen..

Basic verblijf zonder veel extra’s maar alles prima in orde
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Lekker ontbijt met verschillende keuzes. Mooi zwembad met uitzicht op het golfterrein. Gelegen in een beschermd domein (enige nadeel, als je je verblijfbewijs niet bij hebt kom je er niet in)

Cons:

We kregen een kamer waar geen warm water was, we kregen wel snel een nieuwe kamer omdat het probleem niet opgelost kon worden. Bar aan het zwembad is tijdens ons verblijf nooit open geweest helaas, er staan ook geen openingsuren bij.
