Although it was comfortable, the hotel looks depressing.
Pros:

The room was big and comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. The lobby is nice.

Cons:

The hotel is outdated and not properly maintained. The pool area is uninviting, dark and looks dirty.

Disappointing
Pros:

Front desk staff were great

Cons:

Pump was broken so no pool. Then no laundry. Breakfast items were slow to be replenished, including coffee. Shower was ridiculous, a little button to control water temperature, had to call desk to ask how to use it.

The location was good

Cons:

The room was very dirty., especially the carpet. All the hallways and stairs were also dirty and didn't seem vacuumed for a while. Our room was above a smoking area and they were there all night. We must have been close to the laundry since there was mechanical sounds all night. The breakfast was minimal. No meat or fruit. They ran out of muffins. The staff were pleasant.

Pros:

Location was great. Bathroom was renovated. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Halls were old, musty smelling and dingy. Not sure if the pool or hot tub had any chemicals in them....they were kind of green and slimy.

Enjoyed the hotel stay.
Pros:

Good location. Hotel was good value. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very plain but at least was provided as an opportunity.

Cons:

Bathroom was very small but it was clean. Would enjoy other muffins.

It was fine. We had why we needed. The bed was comfy.
Pros:

The staff were very kind.

Cons:

Our tv would not connect to the internet for casting from our phones so we couldn't watch tv programs we liked to wind down on the evening. They did try to help, even said they would move us to another room. But it was never fixed and we were not moved.

Pros:

Everything was fine...
