Pros:

The price isn't too high for a 5-star hotel.
And yet, it offers friendly staff, a spacious room, a beautiful lobby with transparent elevators, convenient parking with charging stations and a car wash

Cons:

The breakfast could be better. The hotel is a bit run-down and will need renovations in a couple of years. There's a strong smell of chlorine in the spa area.
All of this would be overlooked if the hotel didn't market itself as a five-star hotel

Great, we will be back :)
Pros:

The spa was great, a little tired but very functional and we we're really happy that the fee covered 24 hours so in our case two days. The bed was comfortable and we had a massive bath as well as a stand alone shower.

Cons:

The button on the beds in the spa wasn't working.

Cons:

O Hotel está muito degradado, a precisar urgentemente de uma manutenção.
O wc entupido,
O AC não funciona. Ficamos as duas noites quase em claro. O quarto ficou super desconfortável.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Parking facilities, staff hygiene size of the rooms

Cons:

One of the best places to stay in Porto. We stayed there for about a week and had an amazing time. The staff were friendly. The place was really hygienic. The food was also really good overall, an excellent place to stay.
