Cons:

Everything was ticking all boxes for us, but the one downside is they don't provide basic cutlery for the room. I just wanted a little teaspoon to stir my hot chocolate (they did not replace the stirer), and they said they would charge me for cutlery. I think that is ridiculous given how good the hotel is
