Quarto limpo, cama confortável , bem localizado e café da manhã excelente. A crítica fica só para a academia, que precisa melhorar. Muito pequena!

Decepcionante!
Quarto com piso sujo ainda de hóspede anterior. Banheiro com iluminação espelho queimada deixando ambiente escuro, muito mofo no teto. Toalhas tão velhas que parece que vc tá passando uma lixa no corpo e rosto.
Café sem nada demais, o trivial/básico.
Cama confortável mas não usam sobre lençóis o q não gosto. Travesseiros ruins.
Necessira de reforma predial e também administrativa.
Nas vale o valor cobrado por diária e café.

Pessima experiencia de checkin.

Gostaria de deixar minha queixa sobre o atendimento do hotel tinhamos uma quarto duplo reservado e demorei para chegar ao hotel meu parceiro de quarto nao pode entrar ate eu chegar mesmo com os meus documentos, mensagem devido a isso ele teve que esperar mais de 5h para minha chegada.

Pros:

Standardhotell med skön säng och bra frukost. Rummen och faciliteter var dock rätt slitna men renovering pågick när vi var där. Mycket nära till Avenida Paulista.

Já foi melhor, mas os barulhos internos, principalmente no 13 andar, é algo impossível de dormir.
Eu vejo como um hotel decadente, comparado com outras estadias neste mesmo hotel.

Muito boa. Quarto silencioso, limpo, cheiroso, cama confortável, comida do restaurante muito boa (Só carinha!) equipe maravilhosa. Sr. Arthur da recepção e Sra. Roselane da equipe de camareiras muito simpáticos, demais funcionários também, mas não me recordo os nomes!

Segunda vez que me hospedo neste hotel e de maneira geral ele é bem satisfatório. Equipe cordial, quarto amplo, bom café da manhã e localização super conveniente. O único problema dessa vez é que achei o banheiro velho é mal cuidado.
