Pros:

I really like this hotel. It’s very close to downtown and convenient for getting around the city. I always stay in the King Suite room, which feels like a small apartment. It’s very comfortable and spacious, and I really enjoy staying there.

Cons:

The only downside is the parking. It’s very small for the size of the hotel and it can be difficult to find an available spot. Also, parking costs an additional $25, which feels a bit expensive.

Good hotel and facilities. Shame about the aircon
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel pool area and laundry facilities were great.

Cons:

Although a little out of town we knew what we were booking. We had a really noisy aircon unit which kept us awake. We did report it but the maintenance man said it was normal, which I don’t feel it was as we had no issues in the other hotels we stayed in during the trip.

Pros:

Had a great stay here. The value for what is provided is great. The staff were fantastic. Honestly some fo the best and friendliest customer service I have had in a while.

Pros:

Two bed suite was fantastic value for downtown Calgary. Slept 6 comfortably and was a great location for us visiting for a concert. Has a small kitchen which we don’t use but was nice to have. Good seating area to have some games before a night out.

Cons:

Parking is a bit of a rip off. You can park on the street for free after a certain hour so I’d do that instead.

Nice stay
Pros:

We had a lovely stay. Our suite was really big and spacious, which I wasn’t expecting. I loved that they have a bidet, it was definitely a plus. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all friendly. Yunna at the front desk was very kind, helpful and accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.
