Nice place. Elegant. Clean. Good breakfast
Nothing I know at this time.
everything

Breakfast buffet at Qsina was great - good selection of food. Room was good -sized. It fit a twin bed with enough room to lay luggage on the floor for packing. Our room was quiet, bed was comfy. Dinner at Johnny's was great - nice view, they have a pool table and dart board you can play while waiting. Staff was exceptional - always friendly, greeting everyone and keeping everything clean. Excellent value for what we paid for. Walking distance to Festival Mall but you also have the option for free shuttle (runs every hour) or public transportation. It's close enough to the airport and convenient that they offer transportation (for a fee).
Room is spacious.
Breakfast variety is good and excellent quality.

Location:
Very central and close to amenities.
Reception and Manager
We were looked after well by Julie-Ann at Reception. Highly well presented and professional.
When we informed the Manager, Boylie, that we booked a different room at The Tower, he promptly informed us that we could move to another bigger room anytime from 8am the following day. Boylie came to our room and personally gave us a lovely gift of Bellevue Massage Kit! The Airport Shuttle we booked left before the 2-hour limit and we had to book a Grab ride to the hotel. This was not Bellevue's fault as they booked the shuttle accordingly. There was also a cake waiting for us in our room.
The Phoenix Restaurant
As we arrived tired from the UK, we decided to just have our dinner in the hotel. The Phoenix Restaurant served delicious meals (Chinese/Filipino). We were too tired to choose our meals. However, Fred our host recommended various dishes for us to try
and lo and behold, the meals he chose for us definitely hit the spot! Perfect combination of small portions of spring rolls, dumplings and rejuvenating soup! Thank you, Fred!!
Rooms
Very clean at The Tower. I would like to know what clothes conditioner they use for the bedsheets. The smell of the bedsheets is by far the best I have come across. We stayed at Shangri-la in BGC the following week and the smell of bedsheets were not as delicate as Bellevue Manila.
General Atmosphere
Very welcoming and every member of staff was well presented and greets you with a genuine smile.
The Coffee Lounge on the Ground Floor offers the best Cafe Latte and wish they could open longer hours
limited options for breakfast
I arrived earlier than the check in time but they were able to check me in no problem. The staff were super nice and accommodating. My partner and I definitely enjoyed the couple days. It was a nice staycation. This hotel is definitely on top of our list the next time we go to the Philippines for a holiday.
The front office will insist to fall in line while in Bellevue Bohol they will let you sit and call you when it will be your turn to check-in plus they will offer a complimentary drinks. The room was small and did not meet our expectation, it does not align with Bellevue Bohol Standards.
Please send your front liners to customer service training to keep up with 5 star standards.
The Chef seems doing his job well because food was great. Pool attendant did a good job. The property has a potential of hosting another fencing event. So please disinfect the carpets and make sure invest on carpet shampoo machines and steaming machines.
We are staying at room 1611 and will check out tomorrow.
The Chef and his team did a great job and pool attendant were attentive looking after the kids. Food selection were good and met our expectations. Ballroom size was good enough to accommodate a fencing sports competition.
We are currently staying at room 1611 and will check-out this noon. The front office team member insist that guest wait in the queue, whereas at Bellevue Hotel in Bohol, guests can sit comfortably and wait to be called when it's their turn to be accommodated, all while being offered welcome drinks. The management should invest in carpet shampoo machine, steaming machine to sanitize the carpets and send the front liners to a customer service training to aligned with the 5 Star Standards. Room renovation can also be the next project.
It was the best for fencing venue. The Conference room was huge enough to host an femcing event. Means there will be another event in few months. The Chef did his job well.
The front office was insisting to fall in line while in Bellevue Bohol you can sit while they offer a welcome drinks. You need to send your front liners to Bohol to learn the art of customer service.
The room was smaller than Bellevue Bohol.
breakfast and comfort
Noisy toilet bowl
Staff very friendly and polite. Beds were comfortable.
Room was a little dated and small. Not a lot of plugs for devices. Time for a refurb.
The hotel is very nice. Rooms are super comfortable. Very recommended as staffs are really accommodating especially Raquel from signature club team and Kim from food and bev. Will definitely book a stay again 🤍
I had another wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essential amenities. Most of the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, with a special shoutout to the bartender/lifeguard at the 3rd-floor pool area. The service at the Vue Bar was top-notch, making our experience even more enjoyable. This being my second stay, I can confidently recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues. Overall, an outstanding experience!
It would be great if the rooms offered access to Netflix or other streaming services without needing to use personal accounts.
Sab, Ace, and Mhon of Phoenix Court delivered outstanding service throughout our visit. As always, the food was excellent, and the Dimsum All-You-Can selection did not disappoint. Consistently great experience.
