Definitely great value for the price and location. All staff was great from checking in to gym all and hotel staff.

Cons:

I was hoping enjoy filipino breakfast i soon as soon as I landed next morning. Went to to there filipino restaurant called Qsina but buffet was served instead of what it actually says in there menu they advertise. So disappointed can actually order in food to be cook. Maybe they can accommodate the buffet choices to just ordering in to eat.

Excellent stay in a very convenient location
Pros:

The room was well appointed and I had everything I needed. Whenever I needed anything, I was able to get it quickly be calling Guest Services. The shuttle service to the malls is really great. I also tried the spa for the first time (this is my 4th visit to Manila and my 3rd visit to Bellevue) and it was the best massage I have ever had. Breakfast was excellent, the coffee shop/bakery downstairs is also good. We ate at Johnny's Steakhouse on our last night and the food was really good. So is the atmosphere. I used the gym several times while I was there and it was clean and well appointed as well.

Cons:

The TV would not turn off with the remote. It took me a long time to try and turn it off the first night and I had to call guest services to come and turn it off manually by disengaging it.

Bellevue Experience
Pros:

We had such a great time dining at Phoenix Court! The experience was truly memorable—from the warm ambiance to the outstanding service and delicious food. Everything we ordered was excellent, and you can really tell the quality and care put into each dish.

Special thanks to Sir Jeric, Sir Ody, Sir JP, and Sir Fred for taking such good care of us. Your attentiveness and hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable. Kudos as well to all the Phoenix Court staff for providing such exceptional service.

We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience! 😊

Sir Mike really saved the day after a long graduation ceremony!
Pros:

Big thanks to Sir Mike Amador for allowing us a late checkout! He was very easy to deal with. We also checked in late because my child’s graduation didn’t finish until almost 6:00PM. We will definitely be back because the room was also very clean!

It was a smooth, stress free and happy celebration!
Pros:

Our room was very well-maintained. The children enjoyed the swimming pool, which was clean and orderly despite our large group being there for a graduation. We were even granted a late check-out. The staff are highly approachable, and Manager Mike Amador is exceptional. We will surely return!

A Perfect Family Birthday Stay at The Bellevue Manila

Our stay at The Bellevue Manila was truly memorable especially since we celebrated my birthday there 🎉
Location: Very convenient and accessible, making it easy for families to relax without worrying about travel.
Atmosphere: The hotel has a calm and welcoming ambiance. It feels cozy yet elegant—perfect for a family staycation.
Rooms: Clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the bathtub with hot and cold water—it was so relaxing and perfect after a long day.
Cleanliness: Everything was spotless, from the room to the common areas. You can really feel that they maintain high standards.
Staff & Service: Exceptional! The staff were all polite and accommodating. Special thanks to the Front Office Manager, Jemalyn Imedo, who went above and beyond—she personally assisted us to our room and made my birthday extra special with a banner, a sweet note, and a piece of cake waiting on the bed. Such a thoughtful touch 💖
Food: The breakfast buffet was great! Free for 2 adults, and the kids had reasonable rates (even half price for my 7-year-old). Their tapa is one of the best, and we loved the chocolate croissant and almond cream croissant
Amenities: The pool area is a favorite! It stays shaded even between 11 AM to 2 PM, so it’s not too hot—perfect for kids and relaxing swims. They also offer welcome drinks by the poolside, which is a nice bonus.
Value for Money: Definitely worth it. A perfect place for families looking for comfort, good food, and excellent service.
