great place to stay
Pros:

The overall ambience of the hotel and surroundings is relaxing.Spending the afternoon by the pool was a highlight of our stay.

Cons:

The hotel should provide more variety of food.The buffet (breakfast and dinner) was not Halal friendly. No labelings, difficult to find anything safe to eat.

i asked the receptionist if they arrange a taxi for us since it was raining and since we're ofw,we didn't have the fone applications to booking transportation online. The receptionist decline my request and told me they don't do stuff like that.

The overall experience during our stay was nothing extravagant. The hotel is quite old, and unfortun
Pros:

The door to our room was very difficult to open and could not properly close. When we arrived, we had to call maintenance to assist us, and it took more than 30 minutes just to slightly fix the issue. Even after the adjustment, we still had to exert a lot of effort to open and close the door.

The door was also very loud whenever we tried to open or close it, which could potentially disturb guests in nearby rooms. Thankfully, there were no guests staying immediately beside us at the time.

We also requested a late check-out, but unfortunately, our request could not be accommodated due to an expected bulk check-in. Although we were a little disappointed that they could not accommodate our request, we completely understand the situation.

Overall, I hope the door issue can be properly addressed for future guests, as it affected our convenience and comfort during our stay.

Good food and good service
Pros:

The Phoenix Court has delicious food and the staff are very attentive. The dishes were flavorful and well-prepared, and we especially appreciated how proactive and accommodating the staff were in attending to our requests. Special mention to Kuya Richard! Excellent food and service. We are definitely coming back!
