Managers & Staff. Exceptional Excellent Customer Service. They were all very helpful, all smiles & approachable. I also admired their professionalism, well groomed, good looking. The quality of service they offered are truly remarkable. Asset to Bellevue Hotel.

Pros:

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The Manager and Manager trainee who are both Japanese were very professional and very nice. I’ll book my stays in this hotel in the future.
