Great atmosphere

The staff were all very courteous and informative. Everyone had smiles and eager to be helpful. The room was exactly as advertised. The cleanliness was above and beyond. Food was excellent.

We stayed at Westin Downtown Houston and it was a very nice experience. The staff was awesome and in the restaurant Filimon and Jerome made the difference. Also the food is awesome.

Great friendly staff

Room was huge, comfortable and very clean. Hotel staff were always very helpful - opening the kiosk out of hours and taking in a delivery on my behalf. Check in and check out was great. Location is great - walkable around downtown and generally safe (felt less safe further east around Main Street etc.).

The hotel is lovely. The main thing I wanted to comment on is the “Trust me” burger in the restaurant/bar downstairs in the atrium. We asked the waiter. Antwan, what that was about and he said… the chef says just trust him don’t change a thing…. Let me tell you! Trust him! Probably the best burger I’ve ever had! Wagyu beef and secret sauce …. Beyond delicious! Antwaun and Jaelyn the manager treated us like family! So amazing on a cold and dreary night! Highly recommend.

Great staff location

Awesome!! Came here for my 12th anniversary. Friendly staff. Chloe,Valet,Security,front desk. Made it a special day for us. Thank you!! Highly recommend

I had a great stay at this hotel. Easy access to great food and lively nightlife. The staff were amazing! Thank you to Kameron in valet for keeping my car safe. The bar and the housekeeping were great as well, very prompt. I overall had an awesome stay and will be back.

Carlo and Jaelon at valet parking were very helpful and professional. We got our car right away so we could get to our business meetings on time. We would stay with this Westin again.

Quentin was so friendly. He told us fun facts about Houston. He was so kind and knowledgeable. He is the best. Thank you Quentin

have to say, this Westin location was exceptional. The grounds are amazing however the staff however, there are four employees who’s service and hospitality truly stood out that’s cam The Security Guard, Jaelyn from the lobby restaurant and Quentin. Their world class service truly made me appreciate the beauty of the weston hotel group……

Came to bar to get food and drinks and Bryce welcomed me with opened arms as I told him I would love to try something spontaneous to celebrate my first day of my new job. He had great drink recommendations and made each drink of mines with a smile on his face. He is very outgoing as well and loves what he does. One drink definitely will do the job with this guy. The lobby has great ambiance as well to relax. Quietness and relaxation. Will be staying again. Very clean.
