Reception desk was great when I arrived late after plane issues

This property is badly in need of an update. TVs did not have internet connection so forced to scroll through live channels. Despite the fact there were streaming apps such as Netflix, they required an internet connection to the TV which property said they didn’t have

Only 2 usb connections in room. One on each side of bed. One side didn’t work. Outlets on that side of bed didn’t work.

Breakfast was very poor. Property was generally clean and otherwise the room was fine.

Probably won’t stay there again.

The location is great if you are traveling out of IAH. The room was clean but had a smell to it. The noice was horrible because it is close to the freeway 59/69. I had problems sleeping because of the noice. Maybe double pain windows would be helpful.

Aldo, was Great in allowing us to check in a little bit earlier than 3:00PM, we really appreciate this. The whole staff was very helpful. The location is superb, Great location!

Quiet and peaceful!

My Husband and I had the most wonderful stay on our Anniversary trip--location was great--check in was simple and quick with friendly/professional staff--room was clean and everything worked(we had handicap room)--the shower was amazing--we enjoyed the breakfast and had something different every morning--all staff were friendly and helpful--the Spa was awesome--we were definitely impressed and plan to stay again in the future!!

It was close to HCA hospital.

Second time trying to stay at this hotel, and will NEVER stay here again. I requested the dark side of the hotel and didn't get it. As soon as we walked into our room (230) we were greeted with 2 dead roaches and a nasty moldy smell. The AC had one speed. The LIVE roaches running around when we woke up got us the hell out of there fast. Not enough blankets for the bed, and had to ask for more. Lazy housekeeping won't clean rooms till you leave and don't speak a word of English. People leave their trash in the hallway for them to pick up. Management lied and said the roaches were only on one end of the second floor, even though we all know better than that. Received full refund but they lost my business for good.

This was by far the cleanest hotel. I stayed in in a very long time, and I travel in August every year, to different cities and the one in Kingwood was beautiful The maids even folded my pjs each morning while i was out.

Very nice hotel and newly remodled.

Loved the comfort of the beds. Also convenient to restaurants and shopping. Have stayed every time we travel to Houston.

The room was nicely maintained and the front desk were very friendly. The indoor pool was a pleasant addition, with the Texas heat as well as the unpredictable rain. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel! I was extremely happy with my stay!

We checked into a non-smoking room that reeked of marijuana, this smell was so strong that it made us nauseous. The front desk manager provided an alternative room on a different floor, but the inconvenience of relocating was unreasonable, and the new room was extremely hot.

The staff at the front desk was always very friendly which was greatly appreciated. We were a bit frustrated though that the elevator was out of order our entire stay but we understand things happen. Our rooms were right next to the supply closet, so we heard everything all the time: the maids moving things around, shouting to each other across the hall, and everyone passing our room to get to the stairs since the elevator was broken. It was quite noisy and it often started every morning around 7am. Coming from a different state where there is a 2 hour time difference, this did not allow us to ever get a good night's sleep. Also, one of the reasons we booked this hotel over its competitor is because it came with complimentary breakfast. It was disappointing though that breakfast was served from 6am-9am, ending so early! We never made it after our horrible nights sleep. We thought we'd try to relax a little by going in the jacuzzi but it was so hot and humid in the indoor space with no ventilation and the temperature of the water was luke warm. Overall things appeared to be clean and updated (with painting happening our last day), though some things were a little dingy around the doorways in our rooms, and the drinking glasses both had lipstick on them. It was nice though that the rooms came with mini fridges and a microwave.

It was ok for what it was, but next time we're in town we'll be checking out another hotel.
