There were homless all over. To close to the train tracks and very noisy orher guests.

This property shouldn’t be listed, when I arrived to the location at midnight (I had just flown into Anchorage). Soon as I exited the car, someone yelled at the window we don’t have room for you. I asked if I could at least come in out of the cold? NO! Someone exited the building and I was greeted with a pungent smile of B.O. and urine, this was a gift and a curse I’m guessing. It took 4 days to get refunded, but I had to drive around the city trying to find other accommodations which is hard after midnight. Most places everywhere stop booking after 11 pm. (Just what I’ve heard) -5 stars.

If I could give it zero stars all around I would. We booked through hotels com, show up and the place is rundown, reeks of marijuana, and has several folks hanging around outside at 1a (we had a late flight into ANC). Homelessness I have zero issues with. Public drug use, yelling in the hallways and stairwells, curse words ringing out... We were immediately put off. We get inside and are told they are overbooked and don't have room for us (ok, blessing in disguise)... But then when hotels com trys to call them within 20 minutes to confirm they don't have a room for us, they don't even answer the phone. So, we had to find a different hotel at a higher price after 1a local... The description and website definitely didn't match reality. Will never recommend this location and it rattled my trust in hotels com.

I did not stay. I forfeited my prepaid room and went to a different hotel.

This place is dangerous and unsafe, main door was locked. Once I got access in, the “front desk guy” handed me a piece of crack or meth. I don’t know what it was but it was in foil paper, long story short there was no room available, they were “sold out” and I was mistaken with a junkie buying drugs. I feel blessed I didn’t have to stay there. Waiting for Expedia to refund me

This place was a disaster that the quality
of looked nothing like the picture in the listing. There were broken windows, unprofessional hand scribbled notes on the door, homeless bums around the area and by the door; which was locked so we couldn't get in and there was no one inside to let us in either. The area in general felt VERY unsafe!

This "hotel" stole my money. We had to go find a hotel elsewhere.

I CANNOT understate the HORRIFIC nature of my check-in. I have NEVER felt so close to being physically ASSAULTED by the men there at/during check-in. Truly, the ANC Police Dept should have been present, perhaps investigate, as well as ANY governing agency holding authority over hotels in ANC.

NOBODY at the desk upon arrival...so 3 call-outs to anyone went un-answered. There is a door marked "Security" close to the front desk, which was open about 6 inches or so. I called repeatedly into the room and barely touched it as I called out for ANYONE to check me in. I immediately smelled and witnessed EVERYONE in the room smoking pot--and it appeared that there was drug paraph. both in the bed and on a small table easily within view.

Within seconds, I was accosted by THREE males PHYSICALLY THREATENING me for touching the door that had exposed EVERYONE inside doing drugs! Thank God, there was a lone female that "processed" the check-in as quickly as possible and tried to talk the males "down" that were threatening me. She required NO ID as long as I kept me my shut and tried over & over to get the men in the place to stop cussing at me, and most espec. to stop THREATENING me for "opening the door" to their drug use.

I have NEVER been soooooo scared for my personal safety at ANY lodging anywhere IN THE WORLD that I've traveled. There is soooooo much more detail, but these reviews aren't equipped for what truly amounts to a statement that should be given to the Police.

when I pulled up there was a gang of hooligans out front selling drugs, I just drove away. Unsafe place, do not go there.

The place is as ghetto as can be with hoards of crackheads in and around the building, i never even made it inside, when i got there the main door was locked and they had a crackhead come out to get my name and then go back inside only to come out again and tell me my room wasnt clean yet and to come back in an hour (it was 7pm). Then i said id like to cancel and they told me that was fine and i wouldbt be charged and they charged me anyway

This was a terrible place. No temperature control in room. Room was small and cramped. The place looked like a dump.

Lot of noise after hours, rooms not clean/vacuumed, bed was decent. Too much activities going on outside, people coming and going on all odd hours.

They didnt have a clean room available so i had to sleep in the airport that night.

The hotel is dirty and the people visiting the hotel are not respectful
