Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Brunswick

The queen bed was a double. No breakfast no vending no ice no drinks no microwave. The hairdryer was broken. The television didn’t work. Nothing was comped or credited or even fixed. This day was for two days. The television didn’t work the entire time that we were there. They didn’t care for two people they gave two very flat pillows when I asked for extra pillows and extra towel towels because we had the Jacuzzi suite she gave me one pillow and one towel. The pillow was for a standard or twin bed and we were supposed to be sleeping in a queen bed and it was a double at BEST. The staff was rude unhelpful. The owner was abrasive when I asked for ice he opened a bag and told me to stick my hand in it and get the ice that I wanted out because they took everything out of their vending machines and out of the ice machine so you could not get a snack or anything the vending was completely broken. There’s no microwave in the room.

Front desk staff was cool. They can upgrade their pillows and towels for sure

It was so terrible we didnt even stay. First of all when we walked in walking down the hallway there was two men fighting arguing cussing threatening each other we got into the room all you could smell was mold so we were like okay let's turn on the air conditioner try to get the smell out it didn't ever go away my husband washed his hands and dried them with a towel so he used one hand towel we took all our trash with us but I went to go sit down on one of the beds I pulled the comforter back and I sat down on the bed and scooted back a little bit and a horrible odor came out from the bed I'm talking about like something dead was underneath there it was awful never in my life have I smelt something so bad we got our stuff and we left we could not get our money back

Beds were not very comfortable. Couldn't hardly get rest. Music playing all night

Not very clean

Property does not have guest laundry, no operating vending area, no breakfast and the pool area is poorly maintained as well as the rooms. The laundry room is full of dollar general shopping carts instead of operating washers and dryers, room had trash and used soap from previous guest and beds are hard as a flint stone slab bed.

The outside was overdone the inside smell horribly the elevator made a noise as soon as you reached the second floor we were on the 3rd The sink was broken in the room there was roaches the closet was broken and the adjoining door to the next room lock was also broken had to put chairs in front of it to make sure nobody came through in the middle of the night overall next time I'm going down the street

Still waiting on refund. The room was dirty. The walls looked like someone was killed in there. My daughter called it the murder room. There were wires sticking out of the light fixture. The door knob came off in my hand when trying to exit the stairwell.

He doesn’t clean good

it was good! we just needed a room for a few days to visit the beach and it was pretty decent. we always had the pool to our self and it was very clean!

Room for as big and clean and bed was comfortable.

The only real issue is the fact that you can’t wash your clothes. And the keys stop working after a day. But other than that it’s a great hotel

Someone puked in the bed and it hasn’t been cleaned like this for god knows how long. We checked in very late in the night and in the morning we discovered it. In the bathroom the door doesn’t even close. The entire room smells like mold and disgusting. Avoid this hotel in very possible circumstances.

No ice no drinks it's like a kid working and he was in the back on the phone it was a horrible stay . I felt like they just took my money and told me nothing about what they have and that was everything . I fill they stole my money!

Hotel not clean and badly maintained.

Unfortunately, probably the worst experience ever for a hotel stay! This location started out with 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for 3 guest, the refrigerator wasn’t working, had to be replaced, the ice machine was supposed to have been broken, no ice, the vending machines were completely empty, there was no breakfast available, the stair wells have very bad foul
odor, there was a dirty used tub and toilet stored in stairwell, there was no door handle on the door leading out of the stairwell, the pool was greenish tint, could not see the bottom of pool, grandson refused to get in it, looks like several people were living there as a full time resident, grills and campers sitting out back by the pool, parking lot activity went on ALL night long, one time attempting to take a shower there was NO hot water, toilet wobbled, tank was loose.
Very bad place to stay in an area that has lots of vacationers! We were very much disappointed in this stay!

This place was prettt horrible. We booked a queen room, the bed was maybe a full and was hard as a rock. As soon as we got to the hotel, we showered, as we has just ridden 400 miles on a motorcycle, there was no soap or shampoo. We askes for more towels, as we were only provided 2, and were told no.
The following morning, went downstairs for breakfast at 9, nothing to be seen, the coffee machine makes the more battery acid like beverages ive ever experienced, there are also no coffee makers in the room, we didnt even have an icemaker on our floor.
We did have a lovely stay in Jekyll island and Brunswick, it is a beautiful place, we just dreaded the hotel.

Everything was terrible grounds was nasty,grass needed cutting, elevator was dirty,toilet seat was broken,paper all around the pool,they didn't want to give towels so we went out and brought more the stay jyst was horrible i wouldn't tell anyone to stay there

They had roaches and me and my wife would like a refund not recommended
