Cons:

La centralità dell' hotel, consegue che molti negozi nei pressi, aperti h 24 sono frequentati a tutte le ore, quindi anche dì notte con lievi schiamazzi, ma nulla di grave.

Buona scelta.
Pros:

La struttura è comoda ed accogliente, la camera pulita e grande il giusto. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere la stazione e il centro in poco tempo. La colazione è servita in una sala pulita e ben organizzata da chi se ne occupa, pulizia estrema e rispetto delle norme igieniche. Viene proposta una ampia scelta di cibi, con prevalenza di cibi salati, com'è solito all'estero, tutto di buona qualità e vario!

Cons:

La zona in cui la struttura si trova, dal tramonto in poi, trasmette un po' di agitazione per le persone che la frequentano per cui non la si può vivere.
Gli schiamazzi notturni non fanno dormire almeno d'estate, quando, come nel mio caso, non essendoci aria condizionata in stanza, ho dovuto lasciare le finestre aperte per dormire.

Very good hotel
Pros:

Very good location, S- bahn, tram stops are about 10 min on foot. About 15 min on foot to Rathaus, Marienplatz. Breakfast was very good and tasty
