Pros:

La ubicación muy buena, pero la zona muy ruidosa sobretodo de noche. Excelente desayuno. Habitación cómoda y limpia. Muy buena atención del personal y en especial de Jaime que al hablar español nos ayudó y asesoró para conocer mejor la ciudad.

Der Check In lief schnell und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist wirklich gut, prima zur Innenstadt.
Der Ventilator war Gold wert bei den Temperaturen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war für 3 Personen sehr klein. Keine Sitzmöglichkeit, außer den Betten. Zimmer war zur Straße und sehr laut.
Das Frühstück war überschaubar. Die Etagentüren knallen sehr laut zu.

Ok per una sosta di pochi giorni.
Pros:

Camera molto pulita e ordinata fornita di un kit completo per l'igiene.
Personale molto cortese e disponibile.
Zona caotica fino a tarda notte ma camere molto ben isolate.

Cons:

Manca l'aria condizionata nelle camere e se si apre la finestra i rumori della strada sono piuttosto molesti tra musica, bottiglie di vetro, urla... C'è una ventola a soffitto ma col caldo non è sufficiente.
Abbiamo occupato due camere ed in entrambe il frigobar non funzionava.
Il parcheggio convenzionato non è comodissimo da raggiungere e le operazioni di carico-scarico bagagli scomode perché la via è stretta e il traffico piuttosto costante.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, posizione eccellente a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro. Camere spaziose e ben arredate, anche in rapporto al costo, colazione molto ricca sia salata che dolce, con un orario sufficentemente flessibile. L'hotel è curato, pulito e gestito bene dallo staff eccellente. Le finestre sono a tenuta di rumore per cui chiudendo si escludono bene i rumori esterni. C'è un bel ventilatore a soffitto con telecomando per regolarlo.

Cons:

La strada è molto rumorosa e di notte non molto ben frequentata, anche per la presnza di alcuni locali notturni: abbiamo assistito ad alcune piccole risse notturne dalle finestre. Ovviamente questo non è colpa dei gestori! Per non essere disturbati bisogna tenere chiuse le finestre e quindi si soffre un po' il caldo non essendoci aria condizionata, questa forse l'unica lacuna della stanza. La sala della colazione non è grandissima, quindi in momenti di punta ci può essere qualche difficoltà, noi comunque abbiamo sempre trovato un tavolo, e il buffet è sempre molto ben fornito

Very close to the main station with all that entails - fairly dodgy street, noise, etc – but to be fair the rooms are decent and the double-glazing is excellent. Our first night was a total racket with comings and goings at all hours, shouting in the corridors etc, the second was much quieter. It’s only about 15 minutes walk to the more salubrious parts of the city.

Cons:

The breakfast isn’t up to much. Price was a bit punchy considering its location and the surroundings, but we coincided with Bayern’s last home game of the season so that could have had something to do with it.

Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Le camere pulite ed arredate in stile moderno e adeguate a un hotel 3 stelle. Bagno piccolo ma ben fornito. Ottima e varia anche la colazione.

Cons:

L’hotel è situato vicino al centro, ma in una zona non molto ben frequentata.
Alcuni locali notturni nelle vicinanze dell’hotel disturbano e sono mal frequentati.
Le chiavi dell’hotel si smagnetizzano facilmente ma lo staff è sempre disponibile a rimediare.
