Everyone was very very helpful. Especially Stefani at the reception made sure that we were comfortable and happy with our stay. Also, the location is very convenient, the breakfast was amazing! And the view from our room was outstanding! We highly recommend Hotel Ambasciatori in Florence. We' will return!

We kregen een upgrade naar een kamer met prachtig uitzicht en een balkon. De airco werkte goed en het was lekker koel op de kamer. Fijn groot bed. Goed ontbijt. Het was stil op de kamer. Hotel zit recht tegenover het station. Fijne Bodylotion.
Waterdruk in de douche was erg laag. Schimmel in de voegen. Wc maakt veel lawaai. Op dag 2 geen nieuwe fles water, koffie en suiker waren niet aangevuld.

Not very secure. Anyone can come off the street, go up the lift and be at the rooms.

Lighting in the room (dark for me but acceptable)
L'hotel è una posizione fantastica di fronte alla stazione e di fronte alla fermata del tram. Ovviamente vicinissimo al centro storico e praticamente in 15-20 minuti ti permette di girare le principali aree turistiche musicali di Firenze. È un hotel estremamente accogliente con un cocktail di benvenuto, uno staff della gentilezza unica, sia al desk che hai piani. La colazione davvero ottima e assortita.
Direi nulla, forse c'è solo da notare il fatto che qualche camera comincia a mostrare i segni del tempo nell'aspetto delle pareti, ma è davvero un dettaglio minimale.
