Pros:

Everything is amazing, from the checkin to checkout whole experience is so welcoming and staff is friendly kind and helping. I got upgraded to bigger room even though hotel was almost fully occupied, that was great gesture. Staff working at Breakfast were also super cooperative.

Brilliant!
Pros:

The stay was amazing! The hotel is gorgeous absolutely no flaws. The train station is right across the street.
The staff is incredible! Our receptionist Giulia was very helpful and friendly always with a bright smile, very pleasant and always smiling! The bartender Viktoryja also went above and beyond with the 100% excellent service, she was so nice and welcoming. You get welcome drinks to use at the bar and there was also a nice buffet included free of charge. Also the breakfast manager we had on the morning of 25th I didn’t catch his name but he was so lovely, he noticed i had a painful knee and offered for me to use the lift going back up to the reception, it is only a small flight of stairs but the lift is only for staff, that was very thoughtful of him! Amazing bunch of staff, great hospitality nothing bad to say only positive! My first stay where everything honestly went so smoothly definitely coming back. The rooms are very nice, light and spacious. Very nice design and also a balcony! Very close to town and all the main landmarks.

Più vicino di così alla stazione ferroviaria è impossibile! Ti consente di uscire dall'albergo 10 minuti prima che parta il treno.

Lounge all'ingresso grande ma abbastanza triste.
La sala colazione all'interrato non è il massimo, ma l'arredamento post industriale la rende un poco più accettabile.

Ho apprezzato molto la posizione ottima dell'hotel, lo staff era molto professionale e disponibile per risolvere ogni problematica. Camera pulita e molto confortevole, la struttura è completamente accessibile alle persone in carrozzina poiché dispone di vari ascensori.

Pros:

Hotel eccezionale sotto ogni punto di vista, ma la vera differenza la fa il personale. La reception è stata molto gentile, attenta e professionale, pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta con grande disponibilità.
Un grazie speciale va a Giulia, che è stata complice nell’organizzare il compleanno a sorpresa: attenta, discreta e molto collaborativa, ha contribuito a rendere il momento ancora più speciale. Anche Oshini è stata molto premurosa e professionale durante la colazione, sempre sorridente, precisa e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti.
