Zentrale Lage. Zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell an den TOP Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Dom ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Saubere Zimmer. Große Auswahl an Frühstück. Freundliches Hotelpersonal.

Cons:

Kissen sind sehr hart gewesen. Durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof wurde es morgens früh sehr laut.

Muy buena
Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor. Nos bajamos del tren y cruzamos la calle ya que el hotel está enfrente. Ibamos a todos lados caminando en 10 minutos estábamos en cualquier atracción de la ciudad. Y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación. Había pelusa debajo de la cama y las toallas les faltaría blanqueador.

Comfortable enough stay, though I wish the hotel can focus more on the fundamentals and less on things that are peripher
Pros:

The location was great, though the staff were the stand-outs of my stay. They were friendly, helpful and genuinely seemed to care, which I find unusual. I received a complimentary upgrade when I checked in and the welcome chocolates plus handwritten note and mid-stay pasta were nice touches. Laundry service was good.

Cons:

The room was tiny, decor is dated and the amenities are bare. For instance, there is no tissue paper in the room. They also don’t replenish what has been consumed eg complimentary bottled water, one-time-use stirrer sticks for beverages. These are odd omissions because they aren’t costly. The hotel software comes across as exceedingly thoughtful on fringe benefits (welcome chocolates) and exceedingly thoughtless when it comes to core comforts. The staff really saved the day.

Wonderful helpful staff, clean and comfortable bed & bathroom and hotel is close to all transportation and amenities
Pros:

Close to Florence central train & tram stations and close to city centre and restaurants. The property was very clean with great sound proofing. Staff was very friendly and helpful with good English language skill. Food and drinks was reasonably priced with great range of food for breakfast of which staff was regularly topped up. It was the best hotel I stayed at in Italy out of 3 hotels. Complimentary welcome drinks was an added bonus.

Cons:

Lift was small only capable of holding 5 people at a time, but they do come quickly. Revolving front door can be tricky to navigate with larger luggages.
