Es hermoso el hotel, comodo, amplio

Cons:

No funciona el clima en la habitación que nos tocó, hablamos a recepción fue el técnico a las 2am y dijo que ahorita encendía bien, y nunca fue así, amanecimos sudados y dormimos muy incómodos. No circulaba el aire en absoluto.

Las instalaciones son muy muy bonitas y antiguas, poco descuidados pero tiene mucho estilo.
La alberca es muy bonita

Hicimos check in a las 8 de la noche, no habia valeyñt parking, fue rápido pero la recepcionista mal, con cara de engreída, resolvia dudas de mala gana, llevábamos una carriola y un bebe y maletas, preguntamos por elevador, ya que casualmente nuestra habitación estaba como en un sótano, nos dijo que no había, pero sospechamos que si había pero era la única que habia y le dio flojera, al día siuguwitne mi esposa pregunto por que subiría ella sola y si había.
La habitación tenía una silla muy bonita pero vieja que al sentarse se rompió.
Al siguiente dia, salí muy temprano y regrese y deje el auto en el estacionamiento del hotel, por que mi esposa estaba comiendo en una restaurante cerca, entonces solo deje el auto y me fui y el balet parking me hizo mala cara, malamente llegue revisando mi carro si no le habían mandado grúa, muchas cosas por mejorar.

Facilities are great, nice and very well located. Staff is frindely and helpful. Check in and check out process are smooth and easy.

Muy buena ubicación, buena calidad de alimentos, personal muy amable y muy bonitas instalaciones.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación.

Cons:

Huele y se siente mucha humedad en las habitaciones.
Las camas no son muy confortables, se hunden.
La zona de alberca esta algo descuidada y no hay personal de servicio que atienda ahí.
