Buena experiencia!!
Pros:

Nos hicieron un up grade a una Habitación súper grande y contemplaron que pudiéramos estar en el mismo piso con otros miembros de la familia.
Cama muy grande y cómoda. Baño grande, escritorio, sillón, mesita, buen placard. Frigobar completo.
Muy buen desayuno!! Completo, rico, buen horario y espacio cómodo.
Personal muy amable y bien dispuesto en la atención.

Las almohadas muy malas. La ducha podría mejorar.

Muy lindo todo el lugar, cómodas las habitaciones y el personal super amable.

Cons:

Lo único el desayuno el café se ve que es colado pero no hay máquina, lo mismo con la chocolatada es cacao en polvo. Eso deberían mejorar precio calidad.
Y además en las habitaciones al haber puertas que conectan con otras habitaciones se escucha mucho ruido.
