Sehr schöne Hotel mit sehr gute und perfekten Ausstattung gut für Familie und auch für Gruppen oder Alleinreisende. Große Parking, sehr gute und ausreichender Frühstück. Wir kommen wieder.

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza in questo hotel non è stata del tutto positiva.
Al momento del check-in siamo stati accolti da una bambina di 11-12 anni, con il padre che da un'altra stanza le chiedeva di occuparsi della pratica.
La camera che ci è stata assegnata era una stanza mansardata (324) che aveva come unica fonte di luce naturale e di aerazione un abbaino semiautomatico ( nella prenotazione c'era scritto "camera doppia/matrimoniale con vista sui monti).
Ci siamo recati alla reception per avere dei chiarimenti, trovando solo la stessa bambina, senza poterci confrontare direttamente con un adulto, in quanto impegnato a sostituire personale mancante (la bambina andava a riferire al padre le nostre domande e tornava con le risposte).
Qualche ora dopo, il gestore ci ha incrociati in corridoio e ha detto "voi siete quelli dell'abbaino, fatemi dare un'occhiata" aggiungendo che comunque doveva rimanere chiuso quando piove per evitare infiltrazioni .
Abbiamo quindi cercato di adattarci, non avendo alternative (ci era già stato detto che non c'erano altre stanze disponibili).
Nei primi 2 giorni ha piovuto tutti i pomeriggi e l'abbaino si è chiuso automaticamente, lasciando la stanza praticamente senza ricambio d'aria. Il caldo e l'aria stagnante hanno reso la permanenza poco confortevole.
Anche nei giorni successivi, nonostante il bel tempo, l'abbaino ha continuato a funzionare in modo irregolare, aprendosi e chiudendosi senza un motivo apparente.
Quello che ci ha lasciato più perplessi è stata la mancanza di attenzione dopo la nostra segnalazione.
Durante tutto il soggiorno nessuno ci ha più chiesto se il problema fosse stato risolto o se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa, ad esempio di un ventilatore, per rendere la camera più vivibile.

era vicina al punto di interesse che dovevo raggiungere

Cons:

struttura vecchia e fatiscente. camere da ristrutturare. 112 euro per una notte senza colazione in una stanza che aveva un letto matrimoniale con materassi singoli (scomodissimo), cuscino duro come la pietra e cattivo odore in tutta la stanza (come di cane bagnato).

Bagno fatiscente con bocchette dell’aria piene di polvere e sporcizia.

Dormito malissimo perchè si sentivano tutti i rumori delle stanze accanto (tv, sciacquone del wc ecc).

A due passi dalle Terme
Pros:

Disponibilità del personale. Posizione e parcheggio. Dalla struttura si raggiunge senza difficoltà a piedi le terme e il centro

Pros:

Zentral gelegen gut für Touren an den Gardasee. Gute Pizzeria neben an. Die Chefin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat uns nach Anfrage ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Gute verschließbare Garage für E-Bikes. Schöner Garten. Frühstückt ausreichend.

Great meals, attentive and caring staff
Pros:

The hotel is visited by many Italian tourists and was therefore more authentic and the vibe was very family friendly and homey. The staff are kind and attentive. The meals were fresh and delicious. Like a hug from a family member.

Cons:

The mattress was a bouncy spring mattress, the pillow flat and hard and the rooms facing the street are nearly inhabitable due to the constant noise of traffic. I usually don’t have issues sleeping through noise, however, this was on a new level. Earplugs did not solve the problem. I would only consider staying here if a room facing the back was ensured before arrival.
