A really lovely place to stay.
Pros:

A wonderful luxury hotel. Perfect spot on Marine Drive. The service is fantastic. The roof bar has to be the best place in Mumbai to watch the sun set. Food is delicious. Our room was lovely. It's a great spot from which to walk around and explore Mumbai. Highly recommended!

Very relaxing and delicious stay
Pros:

Amazing breakfast and extremely friendly staff. Very helpful with everything. Gym was a bit small but sufficed. Great view - a pleasure to wake up to and the room was cleaned very thoroughly.

Cons:

Food and drinks at the hotel were quite pricey when compared to surrounding places. 400 INR for sparkling water when we paid 250 at the Taj is too much.

Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. The management appeared highly unprofessional. While the hotel operates under an international brand name, the level of service provided here does not reflect the standards one would expect from this brand in other countries. The overall quality was far below expectations.

We interacted with someone introduced as Manager Sreejit, although we are still unsure of his exact role. The handling of situations did not feel structured or professionally managed.

However, there was one exception worth highlighting. Both my wife and I were genuinely impressed by Mr. Aayush. Despite his young age, he demonstrated remarkable professionalism, politeness, composure, and refined manners. His attitude, courtesy, and respectful communication stood out significantly.

We sincerely hope that his conduct becomes a standard for the rest of the team. His demeanor reflects the level of hospitality and professionalism that guests expect from an international hotel.

Overall, this stay did not meet the standards associated with the brand name, with the exception of Mr. Aayush’s exemplary service.

Loved it & they made me feel special on my Birthday - can't wait to return.
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for three nights over my birthday and Valentine’s Day. The staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and the bathroom was wonderful. On my birthday, the staff went out of their way to decorate the room with some lovely birthday touches. We visited the rooftop bar, beautifully themed for Valentine’s Day, with stunning bay views and delicious small plates. The breakfast dining room was also beautifully styled & reception had fresh tropical flowers that were stunning. Plus, the hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of lovely restaurants nearby. Thanks so much. xx
