Luxury with a feeling of home.
Pros:

We had an Incredible stay at the hotel. All the staff is extremely helpful, sweet and warm. The buffet spread at Inter Continental is great. Chef Sulil , Nitin & his team are exceptional. Housekeeping staff Chaitanya & Satish made sure we had an amazing and comfortable stay. And last but not the least Srijit, his attention to the smallest details and willingness to help made us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel has all the comfort and luxury, but what makes it truly special is the feeling of home.

Five stars is not enough
Pros:

This has been such a satisfying stay for me.
The location is unbeatable as it is close to accessing everything in the central area of Mumbai. It is a luxury boutique hotel, and the level of service from the staff deserves applause!
Chinmay, Ayush, Prasenjit, Shreya, Tamya, and Monish are just some of the ones I managed to jot the names of, but everyone was superb!
The room had a panoramic sea view, and you could just sit and gaze.
The one-bedroom suite was very spacious but does not have a separate living room. The bathroom was huge. Watching the Queen's necklace at night from your room was an unforgettable experience.

Exceptional Hospitality & Outstanding Service

I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service throughout my visit.

A special thank you to Sidiqqa, who welcomed guests during breakfast. She was exceptionally professional, warm, and attentive, and her elegant way of dealing with guests really stood out. She made every morning feel welcoming and pleasant.

Cons:

Membre d’IHG, je pensais qu’ils allaient avoir de délicates intentions (surclassement… car l’hôtel n’était pas remplie du tout) je leur ai demandé mais pas d’écoute.

Excellent Hospitality and service.
Pros:

We stayed at InterContinental on 30 june. Hotel is small in size however its very good as we got personalised service during breakfast. Since we booked three rooms front desk Manager upgrade on our room and ensure we are on same floor. They arranged small cake for celebration. View from pool is really mesmerising. We will definitely visit again to InterContinental mumbai.
