Good location. Up to standard. Really friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The Front Office staff were both friendly and helpful. they could even change a banknote of INR 500 into "low denomination notes". (Keep well stocked up on INR 10, 20 and 50 notes !). Staff at the entrance were always helpful in calling a taxi for us, explaining to the driver where we had to be and whispering to us the price of the fare. They gave us the impression that they were always pleased to see us back safely in the hotel.
We found it marvellous that we could have breakfast either inside or outside on the terrace. Service was excellent and staff would always cater for our needs. Super attentive.

Cons:

The"music" in the cocktail bar on the top floor was so loud that we couldn't really converse with one another. Perhaps this comment would not be applicable to a younger generation ? (We are in our 80's) We just wanted to enjoy the view of the Queen's Necklace and relax after walking the streets of (noisy) Mumbai.

One of the finest with a class of its own!
Pros:

One of the best hotels I've stayed in during my trip to Mumbai. Check in was smooth and quick. They even arranged for an early check in as requested.
The room itself was a great with an awesome view of the ever buzzing marine drive. All the amenities in the room, bathroom were available. It would be a shame not to mention the great breakfast they have available. Was really impressed with the service of the restaurant staff not to mention the sweet gesture at the breakfast table on our last day there. Was lucky enough to experience their amazing rooftop bar & restaurant providing the same level of committed and excellent service.
Just a heads up, if you book though a travel agent, you don't get any membership points which was kind of a letdown for me.
Overall, an excellent stay where every staff member ensured to give their best service.

It was amazing experience. Hotel was good , room was very beautiful with sea view. Room was very neet and clean. We liked room and sea view. Food was tasty and hygiene. Specially thanks to chef Sunil. He always tried for connected with us and he tried to morning break fast fresh served for us. He is very humble, honest., good person. We enjoyed the morning break fast. Specially thanks to team Break fast....Vikrant, Nitin, Jubilee, Nasiha, Samgam . All team's work was excellent. They are very active with chef Sunil. Thank you so much for give us that memorable time.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und das Restaurant ist auch zum Dinner zu empfehlen. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist auch zum Relaxen zu empfehlen.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, good location on Marine Drive. Comfortable room.

Cons:

This won’t be a problem for everyone but the vegan options were very limited at the restaurants. They were able to make us something off the menu but I’d expect a five-star hotel to provide more options.

Great open air bar!
Pros:

We had a lovely evening in the roof bar. ..a great end to a day spent exploring Mumbai.
