We decided not to stay and still have not received our refund as promised

I was switched to 4 different rooms and they all were dirty. There were bugs in the bed and bathroom. Tubs were dirty. There was trash in cleaned rooms from previous guest. Had to make our own bed with sheets provided by front desk.
