I was a bit disappointed because I like the Hilton brand. This hotel needs to update its rooms, and replace the carpet.
Pros:

The staff were very nice.

Cons:

The room we were in had an extremely dirty blue chair, the carpet was dirty, the shower grate cover was not a fixed, it comes off. We booked for five people but only had three bath towels.

Pros:

The staff and the faculty were amazing!

Only thing is that I would prefer is no carpet. But other than that it was great

Company needs to fix the quality of their rooms.
Pros:

The staff had a wonderful customer service. Very patient and helpful.

Cons:

The tub had paint at the bottom of tub coming up. The company has not check on the quality of the rooms. A water bug (roach) was in the bathroom sink.The air conditioner is out of date. The beds were hard and spring mattress are worn out.

Overall I had a good night's sleep
Pros:

The hotel is nice. The breakfast is a must try it was delicious.

Cons:

I didn't really like the wet mildew smell that was in the hallway

Customer service was good

Cons:

Shower was dirty, pillows smelled like mold, and room smelled like it was sprayed with a case of raid. Maybe that was a good thing but it didn't smell good.
