Maintenance needs to be on call or do better inspections after guests check out.

Location fit our needs

Cons:

Our shower was busted. Shot water across the bathroom. Completely unusable. No maintenance available to fix it. No other rooms available to put us in.

Great value for the price.
Pros:

I like the juice and coffee options. The toast and cereal was good. I had eggs, toast, and potatoes. There was yogurt in the fridge. The coffee was great as well.

Cons:

The breakfast was good. I don't eat pork so my meal didn't have meat.

This place should be shut down. I have made a complaint to the heath department.

Cons:

Rooms we booked and paid for where not available when we arrived. Not a single call, message or email that they could not accommodate. Was put in different rooms that had roaches. Left immediately and asked for a refund. Staff was rude and had no interest in actually assisting us. More interested in getting back to his phone.

Terrible no working outlets and clogged shower
Pros:

The room we stayed in 106 was a mess
None of the wall outlets worked including the one near the sink and high means we could see while we did our hair. Also the tub was completely clogged and we had to wait because the maintenance man was off the whole weekend !!!!!!! The manager stated that there would be a credit send back to my account and nothing has came so far! Completely unacceptable.

Pros:

The check in process was easy.... That's IT.. The check in guy was not the best.. No acknowledgement, no details about the stay, no passwords giving, no enjoy your stay while you're here, NOTHING.. Just ask for ID and that was it..

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that me and my kids were placed in the worst room ever.. The toilet was never fixed which we had to go allllllll the way to front just to use the restroom from room 131.. The air conditioner unit is EXTREMELY NOISY.. The bed near the window was sooooo uncomfortable to sleep in because it squeak on any sudden movement..
Our nights was restless.. You know it's bad when my 9yr old daughter even said the nights wasn't normal..
Of course I was told that there was no more rooms available and maintenance will come take a look at the toilet.. Whom NEVER SHOWED UP THE ENTIRE STAY!! I even asked if they could discount my fees and a told Management would give me a call.. But NOBODY NEVER CALLED..

They could have given me atleast 50% off my stay..
But to not offer nothing is crazy
