Staff were all very nice and friendly.
Cannot say the room was as nice as the staff. If we didn't need to ck out at 6:30 the following morning, I would have asked for another room. The room had a terrible stale smell, air did not work that well and the filter was dirty. All and all the room was dank and it was difficult to say if it was clean because it needed some major upgrades, I could not get past the smell. One positive only...the bed was comfortable.
We recently spent 4 nights at the Courtyard, which is a flawed hotel with bad management. We will not be returning and I've complained to my Marriott ambassador about them 3 times now.
The hotel itself is odd - there's no lobby and what would have been the bistro is a Chinese tapas restaurant. The bar of this restaurant serves as a bistro in the morning. The employee there was surly and at one point turned out the lights on a customer who was drinking her coffee. The bistro was frequently out of food, in one case since an employee apparently stole the food overnight (or so we were tol
Wow, was the service deficient. We asked for adjoining rooms, which weren't available. I complained and got a free breakfast voucher. They then proceeded to charge us for the "free" breakfast end when I complained about this, the bistro employee referred to me as "a hostile." (It's worth noting that she left herself a tip on the free breakfast.)
In the middle of our stay, our car window was smashed. I had parked in front a security camera but was told it didn't work (oops.) The employee started a "woe is me" speech, as though this were some issue for her. Needless to say she was of no help in filing a police report, even though I was clear I didn't expect the hotel to pay for anything.
Then, on the day of checkout, I noticed there were $449 of charges on my credit card. These were in four separate charges with no bill available at the desk to explain them. The desk did give me two bills for ~$110, which included charges for the "free" breakfast and parking, which I was told was free for elite guests, and which we didn't use for 2 nights since our rental car was towed away and not replaced. Reversing this took at least an hour and the front desk employee complained repeatedly.
Finally, several days after my stay, despite the hotel's assurances, another $110 of charges appeared on my bill. Yes, they decided to charge me for parking after all.
I will never do business with this hotel again. It's a pity - the location is great but the management is terrible.
They have converted entire lobby into a private restaurant. No guest space to sit or relax and chat or work. Tiny tiny bar area for Marriott guests but that area is in use by the restaurant during the day and evening. First floor is remarkably loud and unwelcoming. Have stayed here for years but will not be back.
Breakfast was horrible. My food was hard and cold. They told they would refund but did not. I had to wait a very long time for my breakfast because they were understaffed. And the same experience for dinner.

There was a pool and hot tub...room was a good size and a nice shower. Staff was nice.
Found a dead roach in the room. Looked like there was a water leak at some point based on the ceiling. Too pricey for the quality of the room.
Had a pleasant stay while in town for a few days for business. Very friendly staff member who checked me in as I didn’t arrive to the hotel until 1am with a delayed flight. The dim sum restaurant downstairs in the lobby was great. Had that for dinner one night and it was so convenient vs driving to a restaurant or getting take out. Great service and food. There is a pool which I sat outside at after work which was nice. Only downside was my shower pressure was really low.
El lugar estaba en un punto muy bueno 👌 donde tienes todo muy cerca y lo mejor el Mall- The Galeria, aparte el sillón cama era muy comodo
Nada
The couch bed had blood stains on it and 2 of my guest had to sleep on the floor. I complained to manager and NOTHING was done about it.
Location
Stayed here in the past and Courtyard is now charging for parking! Had issues with air conditioning but we figured it out.
The staff was amazing and so helpful during our stay. Rooms were clean, facility is well kept. We highly recommend staying here.
the vanity light over the sink was burned out. The hotel has a charge for parking.
Super friendly staff
My room had no hot water in the shower. And the room smelled like a sewer. I reported it and they said thank you for letting us know. The problems still existed to the time that I checked out.
My stay started rocky and quickly declined. When I arrived, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the receptionist sat in the office on her cell phone. I later found out she was the supervisor, who also had a guest inside of the office after 10 PM. When I checked out they double charged me incidentals and never informed me that the parking had a fee. When I called to find out about the charges, the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional, even cutting me off midsentence. Terrible experience and I will be telling everyone I know not to stay here. Completely unacceptable.
Location and ease of parking although sometimes was hard to find a parking place.
Elevator sounded like it was going to break down (it didn't). Apparently only room cleaning every other day, but no one told us. Mostly the room was just old, carpet was stained.
