A good choice.
Pros:

The room was a good size, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with a good shower.
Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Breakfast selection was good.

Cons:

The room was a little cool, the default maximum temperature setting was 23c, not enough for January. A call to reception fixed it instantly but there shouldn't have been the need to make the call.

Soggiorno confortevole e comodità logistica
Pros:

Prossimità all'ospedale S. Orsola, 5 min a piedi. Colazione internazionale di ottimo livello, sia sul dolce che sul salato. Arredo moderno e confortevole, doccia molto spaziosa. Disponibilità di parcheggio coperto (a pagamento)

Cons:

I cuscini, nonostante di due consistenze diverse, molto poco confortevoli (no memory foam).
Il ricambio d'aria nella stanza insufficiente (e aprire le finestre in inverno non è il massimo del comfort nè dell'efficienza energetica.
Bibite alla colazione da cartone (seppur disponibili tramite dispenser).

p.s. Troppo alta la tassa di soggiorno comunale!
