Bra hotell att stanna på för oss som var på genomresa med bil. Säker parkering i garage. Trevlig personal som uppgraderade oss till bättre rum när vi anlände sent på kvällen. Sköna sängar! Jättegod frukost!
,The staff's welcoming and helpful attitude was outstanding. Especially worth mentioning is Alexia, one of the waitresses in the breakfast dining room who was extraordinary: attentive, amicable and went out of her way to make our breakfast experience enjoyable.
The hotel was too far away from the city center, which was burdensome due to the hot weather.
The mattresses as well as the pillows were very uncomfortable.
When attending the bar at night we were told by the bartender that a welcome drink was given to the guests of the hotel. After finishing our drink we were told that we were not entitled to such a bonus because we ordered through Booking.com and not via the hotel website. We were very disappointed to hear there was such a discrimination between guests. Not cool!

On the downside the continental breakfast was very good it didn’t vary.
It was a little too far out of town for me. Walking in to town in the morning, back out in the afternoon, walking back in again in the evening and walking out again. Distance was mentioned in the hotel description but I hadn’t thought of the 36 degrees of heat

Excellent staff in all areas of the hotel. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful as our luggage had not arrived in Italy. Very good breakfast and we ate in the dining room 3 times, the food was excellent. Loved the panoramic view of Bologna from our bedroom. Our bedroom and bathroom were excellent.

Great hotel in Bologna. Modern, updated, super clean, very nice rooms. The staff at the front desk are friendly and very helpful, food and bar staff were fantastic. Food in the restaurant was also very good. My only comment is that it is a long walk to the city center, 20-30 minutes which wasn't always convenient. However, the hotel, staff and service make up for the difference. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay, just plan to take cabs/uber.
Room was not as described, from pictures room looked like luxury, reality was not like that, for 90 euros would be ok but I paid 200 euros per night and for this amount that’s far away, breakfast was are so so, it has short list but was okay, again 200 euros per night not worth it money, they did not even had proper coffee machine, it was horrible instant coffee.
Honestly this property is okay for maximum 90 per night, other way I cannot comment any positive thing about it
