Good enough.
Pros:

Located close to eats and shopping. Quiet and clean. Good breakfast if service was a little slow and all the tables were full of filthy plates. Staff was nice but the front desk was a bit obtuse and not the most helpful. Easy to park and feels very safe. Good enough Marriott!
