We had a wonderful stay at Barut Hemera. The beautiful gardens, delicious food, great location, and kind staff made our vacation truly special.

A special thank you to Dilyara in the restaurant- she made my breakfast time so enjoyable. I would also like to thank all the staff in the cafeteria; they were absolutely wonderful. All staff were so friendly and kind to us.

Thank you for such a memorable stay!

We had a great vacation! The personnel were extremely friendly, and the entertainment team was wonderful (thank you for the teen archery!). The circus show was stunning, and the food was fresh and never boring. The beach in this part of Side is rocky, but the hotel's plastic pier makes water access easy and pleasant. Best of all, the resort never felt overcrowded, so you can always find a peaceful place to relax. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Smokers weren't fully separated from non-smokers.

The hotel looks very nice, very well arranged and preserved. Also I was very impressed by how well organized it is, I never felt like it’s crowded and there was space for everyone and everything. Food was very good and had much variety. Service was also amazing, everyone was quick and helpful and smiling.

Just for me personally I didn’t like that there were a lot of family with kids, whereas I prefer a bit more quiet. But there is a pool and beach section for adults only, which helped.

J'avais indiqué mon heure d'arrivée et malgré cela nous avons dû attendre longtemps pour notre chambre. Une fois dans la chambre, il manquait des peignoirs pour que les enfants puissent aller se baigner et malgré plusieurs relances par téléphone depuis la chambre les peignoirs ne sont jamais arrivés. J'ai dû aller à la réception et insister pour obtenir le peignoir. Bilan des courses: 20 minutes d'attente au total. C'est dommage de commencer son séjour sur une note négative...

Все понравилось . Не первый раз были здесь. Один из лучших комфортных отелей. Еда, напитки все отличное! Мне важно было различные спортивные мероприятия, что было здесь на высоком уровне: аква сайкл, трамплининг, на сапах , акваэробика , и др . Думаю вернемся ещё сюда.

Cons:

Не понравилось расположения номера 1601. Номер выходил , с одной стороны (справа) на трубы от вытяжки ресторана, которые шумели и под окнами были подсобные помещения ресторана , где поздно вечером и рано утром было слышно как гремят посудой .

Personal vom Service und Reinigung sehr freundlich, das sind aber auch die einzigen freundlichen Mitarbeitet da

Stammgäste werden nicht geschätzt und sind nicht willkommen.
Personal an der Rezeption und die Dame von der Gästebetreuung (die mit den Locken) MAXIMAL unfreundlich. Personal an der Rezeption grüsst nicht mal bei Ankunft die Gäste richtig, man fühlt sich leider nicht willkommen.
Wir mussten Aufgrund des schlechten Zimmers welches wir bekommen haben ( nahe an der Beachbar, jeden Abend extrem laut, mehrmals bis 1 Uhr Nachts, keine Heizung im Zimmer) drei Nächte in einem anderen Hotel (extra Kosten) übernachten. Als wir zurück kamen wurden wir beim Eingang vom Personal angeschrien! Eventuell sollte das Personal an der Rezeption mal ordentlich geschult werden, die strozen nur so von Arroganz. Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, bereits vor Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt dass das Hotel voll sei. Haben dann rausgefunden dass das Hotel definitiv nicht voll ist. Naja, wenn man nicht will, will man nicht! Dass wir zusätzlich Geld ausgeben mussten da wir das schlechteste Zimmer bekommen haben und einfach mal Ruhe brauchten interessierte niemand! 3 Wochen waren wir da mit 3 Zimmer!
Achtung: es gibt eine alte Dame im Hotel (Stammgast), die Queen Hemera, für sie wird jeden morgen den Tisch reserviert beim Frühstück! Auch drängelt sie sich vor mit den Worten: sie sei Stammgast hier!
Sollte vom Personal unterbunden werden.
Wir waren innerhalb von 16 Monaten 8 Wochen in diesem Hotel. Dieses Mal war es eine grosse Enttäuschung! Man versucht mehr zu sein als man ist! Sehr viel Luft nach oben
