Pros:

- bardzo miły i pomocny personel, zwracał uwagę na nasze potrzeby i szybko reagował, jeśli trzeba było pomóc
- dobre jedzenie, na uwagę zasługują drinki, które były rewelacyjne, nie czuć w nich było sztucznego posmaku, który pojawia się często w hotelach typu all inclusive. A dodatkowo tak duży był ich wybór, że ciężko było się na coś zdecydować
- bardzo fajne panie animatorki w sali zabaw, które prowadziły ciekawe zajęcia, córka wolała spędzać czas w sali zabaw niż na basenie lub nad morzem
- pokoje bardzo ładne, regularnie sprzątane, mini bar uzupełniany na bieżąco
- ciekawa impreza piana party - dzieciom również sie podobała
- fajnie pomyślane wieczorne występy, na jednej scenie głośne i różnorodne (koncerty, cyrk, tańce itp), na drugiej bardziej kameralne i klimatyczne koncerty na żywo. Dzięki temu każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Cons:

- mini disco - brakowało interakcji z dziećmi i poprowadzenia tego w jakiś fajny sposób, ograniczało się do pokazywania choreografii przez animatorki. W innych hotelach all inclusive, w ktorych byliśmy, było to dużo lepiej zorganizowane, dzięki czemu córka była mocno zainteresowana a tutaj niestety bez większego entuzjazmu.
- poduszki - ich wybór w pokoju był duży (duży plus za to) ale i tak nie znaleźliśmy takiej, która by nam odpowiadała. Śpimy z mężem na bardzooooo płaskich a takich nie było

Te rzeczy w minusach to są jakieś drobne rzeczy, które nie wpłynęly na bardzo dobrą ocenę hotelu :)

The staff is amazing. Despite being a large hotel with many employees, almost everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. This really impressed us and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The food was also outstanding. Considering it was an open buffet, we were rarely disappointed by the quality or taste of the dishes. Believe me, as someone from Turkey, I have quite high standards when it comes to food. The variety was impressive, and most of the dishes were genuinely delicious.

Cons:

This is not related to the hotel itself, but the sea was not the highlight of the stay. The beach is quite pebbly, and the sea was not the best.

The food, on the other hand, was amazing. However, having so many options available all the time made it quite challenging to practice self-control. This is probably a common issue with all-inclusive hotels, but having constant access to delicious food and drinks can create an environment where indulgence is almost encouraged. While it is a luxury, I found it a little overwhelming at times.

AMAZING
Pros:

This was our third holiday at the hemera and it did not disappoint. Its an amazing hotel the staff are great they are always so helpful. The food is great there is so much choice and variety. We love the beach bar at lunch time. We had two rooms and both was ready for us on arrival spotless clean with great views of the pool. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard every day The hotel has a very chilled vibe which we love. I love playing darts at 4pm its a great way to interact with other guests and have a few beers. We look forward to booking our holiday again for next year back to this wonderful hotel

Es war ein Urlaub wie man es sich wünscht - von Check In bis zum Check out - soviel freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal findet man selten. Das Essen, das Zimmer, der Service, alles war in meinen Augen perfekt.

Cons:

Das Belegen der Poolliegen, da ist Luft nach oben. Hier sollte man sich am Konzept von „Mein Schiff“ orientieren. Auf Liegen mit Handtuch, aber sichtlich unbenutzt wird eine Karte gelegt und ist diese nach einer halben oder nach einer Stunde noch drauf, wird die liege geräumt. So hat jeder die Möglichkeit eine Poolliege zu bekommen. Viele belegen Poolliegen und Strandliegen gleichzeitig. Alle Liegen bis 7:30 Uhr auf dem keine Person sitzt, werden abgeräumt. Vor 7:30 Uhr werden Liegen reserviert, obwohl noch keiner da ist. Da sollte man sich entweder durchsetzen oder die Regel mit 7:30 Uhr nicht erst gar nicht aufsetzen, wenn sich keiner daran hält.

Good hotel with the potential to have a great vacation if changes are made!
Pros:

Beach is very nice,,comfy sunbeds,,,you can order drinks from the menu on the app ,service is fast(Omer was very pleasant)there are some rocks in the water but you can avoid them,,hotel is very nice and clean great garden and entretainment ,drinks are very good quality ,if you want you can request the soft drinks in the can ,beer in the bottle Budweiser and Becks, Efes on draught,good quality icecream,,pool foam party was excellent,accomodation service was very good the housekeeping lady took care very well of the room,minibar was replenished swiftly aircon was working very well ,wifi was working very well all over property,the hotel has the potential to be one of the best with some changes,when i booked i come with very high expectations due to the reviews i read,i told my family that the hotel will be top knotch and the best we have been stayed but somehaw was a let down,i did not match the reviews.

I want to start that i am working in the hospitaly business over 25 years (Princess Cruisess) and this is a constructive feedback not a complaint.
In my opinion the let downs of the hotel come due the fact that management and middle management does not interact at all with guests ,i observed the staff, and not eaven once i did not see one of the different departments management ask the guest how is their experience and satisfaction ,instead they all look grumpy never says hi and only talk between themselves .
The cofee was very bad ,you need to change the brand you use Segafredo is very bad,taste stall and rancid ,also you need to change the cofee macHines the automatic ones you use cannot make good cofee ,use semi automatic ones like you have in patissery ,in there the baristas are great and know how to make a good cofee but the cofee beans are the problem ,the worst cofee is in the looby that machine needs maintenence imediatelly , and all the machines need to be cleanes and calibreted often and to taste the cofee after that,for a cofee drinker is very important to have good cofee thats what kickstarts your day and not to be able to have a good cofee in a 5 star hotel is unacceptable.
Beer offer is very week ,i dont like Budweiser or Becks ,i like Efes but you only have it on tap wich is great ,but because they dont clean the beer lines beear tastes bad because the yeast wich comes in interaction with the oxigen,beer lines should be cleaned at least every 2 days ,because of all this i could not have beer neither on the beach or bars ,except in the room where you provide Efes in the can.all this are easy fixes but it affects guest satisfaction.
Most of the bartenders not the waiters acts like they make you a favor when they serve you,not friendly at all .
The biggest let down was the fact that i could not have a steak in all resort ,including the A la Carte restaurants,i would not mind to be charged extra in a la carte restaurants but have a proper steak,
