Great hotel, would return
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with a great layout and a wonderful overall atmosphere. We very much enjoyed our stay. The restaurants offered great food, and the à la carte dining experience was a particular highlight. The grounds are thoughtfully designed, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the property.

We especially appreciated the hotel’s family-friendly approach. Thoughtful touches such as providing a complimentary stroller and other useful amenities for our child made our stay much more comfortable.

Overall, it was a great experience, and we would be happy to return.

Cons:

Our room was pleasant and comfortable. However, the building itself, particularly the hallways, could benefit from some refurbishment. This did not significantly affect our overall experience, but it would help improve the property’s appearance.

We also felt that the overall service level could be improved. Some interactions with staff members were less welcoming than expected, and a more consistently attentive approach would enhance the guest experience. We were also a little surprised that the kids’ area (slides) close at 5 PM, which felt a bit early.

Despite these points, we still had an enjoyable stay overall.

Beautiful holiday and great staff
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Loved the amount of tress and greenery and loved the fact they grow there own fruit and vegetables Within the grounds also lots of lovely seating areas and chill out areas

As it was really hot some of the areas were not air conditioned or had fans only some tho

Excellent stay overall, we had a great time
Pros:

Excellent as expected for the Barut standard, great choice overall, personnel is friendly and speak multiple international languages.
Overall great facilities, pools, enough places for everyone. Many restaurants, great choice of food, snacks.
Nice quality overall, recommended, I would stay a second time in any Barut hotel.

Cons:

For a 5 Star hotel, the room doors have to be better sound insulated, this was not the case. Basically if someone speaks on the hallway you can hear them clearly in your room. This is not the case in Lara Barut, there's a price difference of course, however it's the same concept so one expects the same quality.
Some of the stall especially at the beach bar a bit arrogant, however that's an exception not the norm,

Tatil yaptığımız en iyi otellerden biriydi.
Pros:

Yemekleri çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Oda temizliği, personelin alakası, mini club ve etkinlikleriyle kaliteli bir otel. Özellikle restoran bölümünde Ramazan bey ve Sıdıka hanıma teşekkür ediyorum. Önümüzdeki sene tekrar rezervasyon yapmayı düşünüyoruz.

Cons:

Deniz çok taşlıydı. Özellikle plastik iskelenin sol tarafında büyük kayalar vardı. İlk gün ayağımızı biraz yaraladık.

Service excellente mais ce n’est pas un hôtel 5⭐️
Pros:

- Le personnel dans les restaurants, bars ou au bord des piscines plages était absolument exceptionnels
Toujours au petit soin, très présent
- La nourriture et les boissons que ce soit au buffet ou à la carte était vraiment excellente avec un choix varié chaque jour, c’est assez rare dans un ALL INCLUSIVE pour être souligné
- L’hôtel est vraiment grand, les piscines aussi, assez pour ne pas être sans cesse les uns sur les autres
- Les jardins très beaux
- Les animations aussi que ce soit au bord de la piscine ou le soir étaient de qualité
- Je le répète encore une fois mais le personnel dans les restaurants et bars incroyables

- Pour autant le personnel dans les restaurants étaient incroyables, par contre le personnel à la réception étaient excecrables, malhonnêtes et détestable
Ils ont tenté de me faire payer en cash un transfert vers l’aéroport alors que j’ai appris finalement que les transfert se payaient lors du check out directement à l’hôtel en CB
- Des mon arrivée je leur ai signifié que la chambre qu’ils m’avaient donné n’était pas une chambre familiale
36 m2 à 4 c’est invivable pour 3 semaines
C’était une chambre pour deux qu’ils ont transformé pour 4
Le lit en plus pour mon fils (ou j’ai dormi finalement) n’était pas un lit mais un pauvre canapé convertible très inconfortable(sans matelas)
Payé 550€ la nuit pour dormir sur un convertible est absolument inacceptable pour un hôtel 5 ⭐️
Ils n’ont pas voulu me trouver une solution pour ce problème malgré mon alerte
Cela a gâché en grande partie mon séjour malgré les points positifs écrits plus haut
Bien entendu on ne va pas en vacances pour passer du temps dans sa chambre mais avec un bébé de 1 an et demie et avec 44 degrés dehors et 70% d’humidité, pouvoir parfois se relaxer un peu dans la chambre est bénéfique
Isolation inexistante, oubliez la grasse matinée

Clairement au niveau du logement ce n’est absolument pas un 5⭐️

- Le fameux problème des transats, j’ai vu de mes propres yeux des personnes réservants des transats des 06h15 du matin au lieu de 07h30 sans que l’hôtel ne fasse quoi que ce soit, malgré leur nombreux panneaux expliquant que si des transats étaient réservés ils enlèverait les affaires
Ils ne l’ont pas fait du tout pendant 18 jours
Écrire des choses c’est bien, les faire c’est mieux

Enfin le ménage était bien entendu fait tout les jours mais très succinctement ce n’est pas acceptable pour un 5⭐️

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, we had a wonderful time.
Pros:

We loved the layout, the pools, the beach, the restaurants and the staff. The staff work so hard all day from the restaurant staff, bar staff, grounds people, chefs. The rooms were amazing and everyone was so friendly and attentive. One person was gluten free and the fact you can message on the day to say what you want to eat and where you will be and they will have it ready for you is very inclusive and takes a lot of stress away. The pool party was a highlight!

Cons:

The spa could have more variety of treatments and not just massage. We would have liked facials or body wraps.
