Very relaxed in busy Barcelona. Loved the location.
Pros:

We received an upgrade to a suite, which exceeded our expectations. Thank you - it was lovely.

Cons:

One lift didn't like our swipe card. We had to get help with using the swipe card.

Nice elegant stay.
Pros:

Downstairs lobby was nice, and rooms very elegant

Cons:

Felt like housekeeping could have been better. We arrived back to our room at 15:00 after being out since 8:00 and the room still hadn’t been turned over from the morning.

The rooftop was full and we had no place to really sit in the sun. Not enough sun beds.

Cons:

I was charged for around 100 euros after my stay, even though I didn't use any amenities, mini bar or breakfast services. I thought my invoice had been settled at checkout, which was quite chaotic, as I had to wait around 20 minutes. I thought the room was great, but you have to request most toiletries and items, which I have not experienced at a 5-star hotel before. Overall, I am quite disappointed with the location and the price-to-value. However, I want to note that the housekeeping and concierge staff were extremely helpful.

The breakfast experience was disappointing as well. At €40 per person, especially in a Nobu setting, I expected a broader and more impressive selection. Instead, it felt quite limited and fairly modest

Top hotel!!
Pros:

De accommodatie was uitstekend verzorgd en bijzonder netjes. Bij aankomst kregen we zelfs een upgrade naar een ruimere kamer, ondanks dat we al een deluxe kamer hadden geboekt. Het personeel was buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de faciliteiten en restaurants waren van hoog niveau. Kortom, Nobu is een keten waar je met vertrouwen kunt rekenen op een aangenaam en comfortabel verblijf! Trouwens, roomservice is een aanrader!!

The room itself is good, services could be better
Pros:

The room is spacious and overlooking Barcelona city view with a L shaped large window. Comfortable bed and the elegant decorations

Cons:

As many guests have pointed out, the in-room basis supplies are laughably limited, 2 coffee capsules, 1 teabag everyday, no body lotion, no soap at washing basin until the third day of our visit. The funniest thing is a small pack of Chinese made rice crackers as welcoming treats. We booked five nights stay at €270 each day, I was amused by seeing the “Wang Wang” small pack rice crackers on the pillow with a note saying that it was something representing Japanese culture. “Wang Wang” crackers are snacks that even poor kids in rural areas in the PRC can afford, not bad as a snack, but a bite for two adults are not even enough as a snack. Maybe a bowl of strawberries that cost €2 will do a better job in my humble opinion.
