La habitación espectacular, amplia y muy bonita, cené una noche en el restaurante muy bueno tb y la terraza en la última planta espectacular con unas vistas de toda la ciudad increíbles. Muy recomendable
Que tanto en recepción a mi llega como un día que baje al spa me coincidió que me atendieron dos personas que no hablaban español pero eso si gente muy amable.
It’s smell so good. And view on Sagrada from the shower is crazy.
The location is convenient (close to the train station) and the beds are quite large. Towels and tea provided on arrival was a nice touch.
When we got to the hotel, despite carrying a large duffel bag we were not offered help carrying our bags to the room. The room did not have any lotion and had very limited toiletries for a 5 star (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash only). The shower is open without a door, so it leaked all over the floor from just 2 short showers, requiring multiple towels to mop up and making the marble extremely slippery. There was also some noise from the streets and from other guests late at night.
When one of the guest experience employees was asking people on the roof how their stay was, they skipped past only our table, and when I emailed Nobu to discuss my issues (after our stay) they politely thanked me for the feedback but said at this time there is nothing they can do.
Overall the hotel was not bad, but the experience was not what I would expect from a 5-star or a hotel in this price range.
