Great room, average cleaning service, poor breakfast experience.
Pros:

Suite is great, spacious and nice design. Staff friendly and accommodating. Omakase menu excellent.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast just doesn’t work. Make it à la carte or figure out a way to keep hot food hot. Cold beans and bacon not the one. Heads up if you stay top floor you’ll hear the music and clatter from the restaurant above until about midnight.

Overall, disappointing.
Pros:

Room was large, clean and bed was super comfy.

Cons:

Not a 5 star hotel in our opinion. Extra cost to use spa. Although room itself was great, unless you get a floor above 12 the view is directly onto the moxy hotel behind.
The rooftop was not open any day of our stay. Our tea/coffee etc were not refilled. Location isn’t great and extensive building works taking place right outside.

Overall a pleasant stay with helpful staff and a great location.
Pros:

The location is very good and the staff was responsive and professional when we reported the issues. However, the room had noticeable problems such as street noise, cold coming from the window and a desk lamp that only works when the main light is on. These details should be improved for a room at this price level.

Cons:

Some small improvements in the room would make the experience even better, such as improving the window insulation to reduce street noise and adjusting the lighting so the desk lamp works independently from the main room light.

Muy decepcionante. Obras, tráfico, mucho ruido y suciedad. Un hotel que podría ser de 10 y se queda en un 5 raspado

La ubicación y el diseño.

Cons:

El baño estaba con manchas en la piedra por todos lados.
Para que quieres 65” de TV sí no la puedes usar.
No pude encender la televisión y ver una mísera serie para dormir, el programa que usan es anticuado y pasado de moda. No me gusta conectarme a redes que no son la mía, por mi propia privacidad además.
La habitación bien, pero me dicen que me suben unas plantas y que me dan vistas a la ciudad y lo único que veía y escuchaba eran las obras y el tráfico de la plaza de Sants.
Pedí pan de trigo sarraceno y avisé que soy intolerante. Y solo había para desayunar bollería industrial y too dulce.
No creo que comer un par de huevos, con algo de proteína deba valer 50€.
Es un 5 estrellas, estaban avisados, fui porque hicimos en el mismo hotel un congreso de salud.
La sala del congreso terriblemente incomoda.
La TV curva que no se veía.
Yo también he trabajado en arquitectura y sinceramente en algunas zonas el diseño y la comodidad dejaban mucho que desear.
No pude hacer uso del spa que me hubiera venido genial porque dejaban estar en esas butacas tan incómodas de las que se quejaron absolutamente todos los compañeros.
Dónde encima no te caben bien las piernas y yo mido 1.60. No sé cómo hizo mi amigo 1.80 sin morir e el intento.

Sinceramente y resumiendo.
Mucho estrellas que no se merecen, literalmente.
Incómodo, sucio en algunos lados.
Con horario malísimos del spa que no pude usar.
Tampoco me dejaron salir algo más tarde habiendo tiempo de sobra desde el check our al check in.
Estuve en el bar tirada más de una hora tomando un café, cuando al otro lado había café de cortesía y sofás y nadie me lo dijo.
La verdad que muy descontenta.
Que yo no lleve un bolso de 3000€ y que no tenga el mismo aspecto que los extranjeros pijos que habían por ahí, no significa ni que me miren de arriba abajo, ni que me traten peor.
Ahora sí, la atención de la señorita catalana rubia que me atendió para el check in impecable.

Un hotel espectacular para disfrutar noche y dia en Barcelona
Pros:

Me gustó todo cogí una habitación superior en la planta 22 con vistas a la ciudad y era realmente espectacular las vistas de noche con la ventana de punta punta de la habitación y la cortina eléctrica corredera te podías quedar ahí todo el día simplemente mirando la ciudad de noche y por el día, maravillarte con las vistas con no hablar de que tiene para hacerte infusiones y café y un Silloncito muy cómodo para estar muy a gusto

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó mucho fue el restaurante que ya he puesto mi opinión en Google, creo que los precios no estaban acorde a la calidad

Good Location
Pros:

Great location. Very close to train station and also the metro so it was easy to get to the city centre and main tourist areas
There’s a Nobu restaurant on site and we enjoyed the food. The staff were helpful

Cons:

The first room assigned had a bad smell but it was quickly changed when we raised the issue
