Great stay and breakfast and one small communication issue
Pros:

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the Mercure Convention Center Ancol.
The room was fine, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was very generous, with a really good variety of food. The location within Ancol is convenient and was perfectly fine for us.
One thing that could have been explained more clearly was the complimentary Ancol entrance for hotel guests. Guests can receive two free entrance tickets, but this information was not very obvious before our arrival. The relevant email often ends up in the spam folder, so clearer information before arrival would definitely have been very helpful.

Apart from that, we were satisfied with our stay and would consider staying here again.

Cons:

The only small downside at breakfast was the fruit- or mango-flavoured water, which was not really to our taste. It can also get quite crowded at weekends, especially during breakfast.

Het is op een pretpark, dus als je daarvoor komt , super!

Taxi chauffeurs snappen het niet helemaal met het park. En daar moet je dus wat voor betalen

Pros:

Tutto. Posizione, al centro di ancol a pochi passi dai attrazioni e parchi divertimenti. Colazione spettacolare, varia e di ottima qualità. Hotel pieno di servizi, dalla sala giochi (tutto gratuito), possibilità di fare attività sportive, piscina con giochi d'acqua. Volevamo andare ad uno dei parchi nella zona ma siamo stati così bene nell'hotel che non ci siamo mossi da lì.

Really beatiful and peaceful stay.
Pros:

The location is inside a paid section. The place is nice with a beach and many other attraction but if you need to travel out for visiting other location or work the toll que and cost is an extra problem.

The beddings are not clean. There is too many stains on the bedsheet and pillow cover. The curtain seems like never been wash/change. The toilet is too slippery after shower. Seems like theres algae build up.

I still choose this hotel if we are going to visit dufan

Great location to stay at ancol
Tre room was clean and newly renovated, but the bathroom still old facilities

Cons:

The bathroom smells not good at several, and the staffs not too friendly specially at the restaurant (breakfast time) maybe they are too tired of so many guest😊

Heel kindvriendelijk met mooi zwembad en lokatie in Ancol vlakbij zee.
Pros:

Kamer redelijk, wel wat verouderd, maar schoon en groot. Bedden vrij hard. Voorzieningen zoals lobby, restaurant en zwembad erg goed. Erg kindvriendelijk. Ontbijtbuffet ruim voldoende. Lokatie in Ancol rustig, minder warm dan in stad en meer frisse lucht van zee.

Cons:

Kwaliteit ontbijtbuffet kan beter voor 4 sterren. Kamers wat versleten. Wel nodig apart toegang te betalen voor Ancol. Met Bluebird of Grab hoef je niet voor de auto te betalen.
