Cons:

Nous avons pris cet établissement pour la dernière soirée avant de repartir le lendemain. Une chambre réservée pour 4 dont deux enfants. Le lit sofa pas fait et il a fallu s'énerver pour qu'il soit fait...

Ensuite attention vous êtes dans une enclave touristique ou il faut payer pour rentrer a chaque fois que vous sortez du site que ce soit a pied ou en voiture...ce n'est précisé nulle part. Comme ça vous saurez.

Personeel is prima. We zijn maar kort geweest door omstandigheden. Maar bij goede gezondheid komen we vast weer naar Mercury hotel op Ancol.

The staff are welcoming and friendly, the hotel has all you need from a restaurant to a small cafe, the pool is great with kids activities and entertainment during the weekend but it can get busy

The room was spacious and the bed was bigger than I expected, we asked for an additional blanket for the sofabed and was provided instantly

The hotel is locatdd within a large compound with free shutter bus service to take you around you would need to pay for entrance apart from the beach area you may want to check operations time

The hotel needs some TLC but really we didnt go there to stay in the hotel room we were out and about so dont let this stop you from booking there

Cons:

One thing to consider before booking, the hotel is located within a compound of parks and entertainment area so to access you need to pay a fee even if you have booked to stay in the hotel, each person pays around 32k and 35k for the car (if you book with Grab car and driver entre for free for drop offs and pick ups some drivers asked for extra money but the app clearly indicate its free) the charge applies everytime you try to entre the park even during the same day. TBH the cost is not much about £4 for all 3 of us in August 2026

If you book directly with the hotel they provide you with a Q code which you can only use once them you have to pay so not really worth it if the price of your stay is considerably cheaper than booking direct

The major issue was the park closes at midnight and there is only one specific gate that stays open with the usual gate close and with the current road work it is tricky to find but Grab drivers are great and some of them are familiar with the park. The security guy will ask for Q code but just tell them you will pay for entre

朝食は種類が豊富で満足でした。プールも完備されており、ホテル内で充分楽しめた。

Cons:

テレビのリモコンが調子悪く、エアコンの温度調整ができず。そういった設備の点検にも気を配った方が良いと思います。

朝食ビュッフェがおいしかった。プールは大きくないがそれなりに楽しめた。ウォーターパーク等へのアクセスはとても良い（というか、Ancolの遊園地などを楽しむために泊まる場所であることを理解している必要がある）。

Cons:

施設は少し古めで、昔のホテルのにおい。ソファーのクッションなどが古びた感じだった。　壁が薄いのか、近隣の話声がかなり聞こえる。

De kamer en ontbijt waren prima. Personeel vriendelijk

Cons:

Verouderd en vervallen pretpark waarin het hotel ligt. Vergane glorie. Vloer rond het zwembad smerig (zwart). Ligt ver weg van alles. Je moet ongeveer 2 euro per persoon betalen om tot bij het hotel te komen. Dit ook telkens als je het park verlaat.

Pros:

We stayed in the hotel for a night and it was a good choice. Our kid enjoyedso much swimming pool and entertainment facilities! also there are amusement park, water park next to the hotel. It is quiet around, so no busy streets of Jakarta with constant noise and traffic.
Good breakfast and clean room.

ما أعجبني في الفندق هو اتساع اللوبي، حيث كان واسعًا ومريحًا ويعطي انطباعًا جيدًا عند الدخول.

للأسف تجربة الإقامة لم تكن بالمستوى المتوقع. لا يوجد شاطئ خاص تابع للفندق كما قد يُفهم من وصف الموقع، والوصول إلى الفندق سيئ جدًا والطريق إليه غير مريح. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يتم طلب مبلغ مالي عند كل دخول من البوابة للوصول إلى موقع الفندق، وهو أمر غير واضح ومزعج للنزيل.
