Kamarnya luasss banget. Kasurnya nyaman, gak bikin badan sakit. Kamar mandinya jg luas dan bersih. Akses untuk kursi rodanya mendukung bahkan sampai ke area swimming pool jg.

Sarapannya lumayan. Egg stationnya well prepared krn udah ready omelette dan telur ceploknya jadi gak antri ambil.

Cons:

Varian Menu sarapannya mgkn bisa lebih diupgrade lagi jenisnya.

Pros:

Frühstück war super! Sehr indonesisch aber vielfältig. Natürlich auch Westliche Angebote verfügbar. Sehr idyllischer Ort in Ancol

Cons:

Tagespass, zum Betreten des Resortsbereichs, bekommt man nur wenn man direkt über Mercure bucht als Gast, aber sie haben trotzdem Ausnahmen für mich im Endeffekt gemacht und bin sehr dankbar für das gesamte Mercure Ancol Team. 🫶

we have our international conference with the delegates around the world of sfc and cfc in jakarta indenosia and we gather this event in this hotel .mercure convention center ancol,first of all start from the entrance the frontdesk was so kind and polite to answer all our concern about the rooms and area were to go..friendly people they were so kind ,people every where even our grab driver ,sir alam was so kind and very generous..first night we ate at the sundakelapa restaurant at the Ground flr. the food was so good .you will taste the special authenthic menu..i encounter different kind of sauces. me since i love spicy , sambal was caught of my interest was so good and flavorful.very quality and standard every bite.napaka bait ng chef .Chef Kasto Hadi was so kind and humble they explain the dish with help of his staff and he made a sambal for me to take home in philippines.and he gave a valentines cake for free whata lucky me hahha to expwrience this wonderful people out there.thank you so much .and also the room was clean and refreshing .u dont need to call them to clean your room wveryday they know thier job.hahaah .our event was succesful,satusfied with service ,the food the cleanliness about the staff ..we have a great time during our event.were proud to experience it here.so its deserve to be a 5 star hotel.thank u mercure hotel and to all the employees.kudos
