Pros:

Nos abrieron el coche dentro del hotel se robaron todo el equipo de mis hijos, el hotel no se hizo responsable mas que de darnos unas hamburguesas frías, cerraron la alberca y areas infantiles sabiendo que había torneo infantil! Con la excusa de que tenían una boda! Un asco de hotel la comida pésima, peligrosa la zona NO SE QUEDEN EN ESTE HOTEL es inseguro no hicieron lo más mínimo por compensar el robo que era mayor a los 25,000 pesos! Rateros!!!

Good stay in Celaya
Pros:

Stay was good. Convenient and most importantly air conditioned. If you go to this area between April, May and June, you want to stay in an Air conditioned hotel. The only negative is that not all rooms have a refrigerator. I reserved two rooms for three days. One room only had a refrigerator.

La llegada fue terrible la chica que nos recibió a la llegada, nos entregó una habitación para dos personas y éramos 4, posteriormente le pedimos toallas y tardaron.
De ahí en fuera tuvimos una tranquila estancia.
